The farm produces 15 different kinds of cheeses, among which the most popular ones are cheese with caraway seeds, cheese with various seeds, spicy garlic cheese, and seasonal cheese with herbs. Sweet fruit cheeses are available for dessert.

The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common.
The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands.
Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made.
Cheese here is based on recipes from the owner’s granny, with more than 14 types in all, savoury, sweet, smoked, green, etc. Master’s classes are available, including the preparation of cheese on a campfire.
