Vizbuļi farm produces wholesome, high-quality products and distinctive, unconventional delicacies made from milk sourced from its own carefully tended herd of goats.
Vizbuļi farm, in Vidriži Parish, Limbaži Municipality, was established in 2011. What began as a poultry farm soon evolved into a passion for goat farming, with the first goats arriving a few years later. Since then, the farm has continued to grow, and today its herd numbers 36 dairy goats, whose milk is used to create the farm’s distinctive range of artisan cheeses and other delicacies.
Cheeses
The farm’s goat’s milk is transformed into a range of high-quality delicacies. What sets the products apart is their unconventional approach: the range includes distinctive goat’s milk products that surprise customers with new and interesting flavour combinations.
How the Cheese is Made
All the products are made on the farm. The goat’s milk is carefully processed to ensure excellent quality while preserving the natural qualities and goodness of goat’s milk in every finished product.
