How the Cheese is Made

For Visitors
The farm offers tours and tastings, giving visitors the opportunity to see the milking process, learn about sheep’s milk and sample the products in a natural rural setting.
Where to Buy
The products can also be enjoyed at Zoltners restaurant, where the sheep’s milk cheese features in seasonal dishes.
