	The “Klidzina” restaurant	The restaurant at the 77th kilometre of the Rīga-Daugavpils highway, on the banks of the Daugava River with a lovely view of the river valley from a summer terrace. This is a popular dining venue with a modern and attractive interior made of wood, stone and red bricks. It offers musical evenings with musicians from various genres. A shop is alongside the restaurant. Latvian cuisine: Lettigalian sauerkraut soup, cream of wild mushroom or pumpkin soup, trout from a local stream, grilled pork, pork ribs, potato pancakes, strawberry soup with vanilla ice cream, bread soup.
	Zilver Beverages	Zilver beverages come from the Zilver family country house in Sigulda. Our Story Initially, the cider makers produced cider for their own needs, using the harvest from their apple orchard. The family business’s main products are fruit and berry wines. Cider became a favourite drink of the Zilver family, especially in the summer. Its taste and quality were also appreciated by family friends and clients, which led the family to expand cider production. Apples The farm’s apple orchard has around 80 different apple varieties, some of which are specifically selected for cider-making. Ciders Zilver produces Quince Semi-Sweet Cider and Wild Apple Cider. For Visitors Guests are offered a tour of the production facility, as well as cider and wine tastings with snacks. During the summer season, visitors can observe the "captured apples" – apples grown directly in bottles and later infused with apple brandy. Where to Buy Zilver ciders can be purchased by visiting the drink production facility.
	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. For Visitors The cidery welcomes experience exchange groups by prior arrangement. Where to Buy The Jēpis ciders are available at markets and specialized stores.
	Somu Maja	Brīvdienu atpūta 200m no jūras ”Somu mājā” Saulkrastos, Zvejniekciemā, kur pavadīt brīvdienas un atvaļinājumu ģimenes lokā vai ar draugiem. Brīvdienu māja ir pilnībā aprīkota - tajā ir 2 istabas, labiekārtota virtuve, plaša terase. Teritorijā ir lapene ar kublu un kūpinātavu, grils, āra duša, kur noskalot jūras smiltis. Saulkrastu novads ir tūristu iecienīts, apkārtnē pieejams - Saulrieta taka, Baltā kāpa un Jūras parks, Zvejniekciems un tā akmeņainā jūrmala. Tai līdzās atrodas Vidzemē pirmā osta – Skultes osta, kas ir lielākā no mazajām ostām Latvijā.
	Medieval pub in JAUNPILS CASTLE	Meals are served in the ancient dining room of the knights under the vaulted ceiling, with candlelight and medieval music. Use wooden spoons or your hands to enjoy the same kind of feast that was enjoyed in the past by barons, monks and servants. Latvian cuisine: Lentil soup with meatballs, beer soup, apple soup with raisins, peas with hemp, potted sautéed meat with caraway seeds, chanterelles in cream sauce, hunter’s sausage with cabbage, roast loin of pork, blood sausage, roast leg of duck with lingonberry sauce, stream trout, homemade cottage cheese with strawberries, plum dessert with whipped cream. Special foods: “Castle Walls with Guards”: Beer-roasted pork ribs with sauerkraut.
	"Arpus laika"	The name of the house is ‘Ārpus Laika’ and it means ‘Beyond Time’. The family has created a landscape park and they practice green living in a dome house designed by themselves. The family also manufactures garden furniture and hammocks. The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful park and a pond full of frogs and fishes. The surrounding landscape of the park with a pergola, a bridge, a forest and fields creates a very tranquil countryside atmosphere that can be experienced just a short drive away from the capital city. The hostess makes wines and offers tasting of different sorts. She also demonstrates cooking of traditional Latvian desserts. The place is also popular for weddings and post-wedding photo sessions.
	Agave	Guest house Agave is located in Līgatne region, 6 km from Augšlīgatne, 18 km from Sigulda, 56 km from Riga in a beautiful, quiet and scenic place in the Gauja National Park. Guests are offered comfortable cottages, a beautiful 100 m2 hall (30-40 pers.) TV and music center, a well-equipped kitchen, a sauna with a heated tub and the opportunity to swim in a pond. There is a terrace, a fireplace and a barbecue. Large area for sports and other activities. The guest house is suitable for seminars, collective recreation, celebrations, weddings and family recreation.
	The “Meza Salas” tourism and leisure facility	The venue is located in the forest, with a set of ponds that very much bring the landscape back to life. It offers Latvian dishes and culinary seminars for those who are interested. Some dishes are cooked on large pans on a campfire or smoked or grilled. Latvian cuisine: Hot or cold tomato soup, salmon in a honey marinade, honey buns (baked on a campfire), various pancakes, country torte from biological and local ingredients. Special foods: Whipped rye flour dessert.
	Sparkling birch sap production plant BIRZI	Birch sap for Labanovski family is a popular drink already for a long time. Sap is tasty when it’s fresh, but in order to maintain its refreshing and valuable qualities, during many years family has developed new recipes. Moving away from the traditional spices, drink was supplemented with mint, which made the sap more refreshing, fresh for a long time and with a pleasant flavor.
	Strautmali	The campsite is located in Slītere National Park, 3 kilometers from the sandy Baltic Sea. There are 6 buildings with a total of 50 beds - rooms for 3, 5, 6 or 12 people. There are two country kitchens, a library with books in Latvian and English, a large dining room. New service house with WC, shower and kitchen. You can also have a sauna. There are several trails and forest paths in the Slītere National Park for walks. The nearest shop is 2 km away in the village of Mazirbe. The campsite is open from June 1 to August 31.
	The Juri farm	The owners of the farm inherited it. There is a wood house with decorative trim and window shutters. The owners use milk from their own cows to produce cheeses on the basis of old and modern recipes. You can taste the cheese, milk, clotted milk, buttermilk and other dairy products, watch how they are made, and take part in the process yourself. There are also animals to view.
	Adamova	Camping "Adamova" is located in a large and scenic area less than 3 km from the center of Krāslava, by the river Daugava. Camping "Adamova", opened in 2021, offers relaxation in one of 5 cozy cabins. Each lodge can accommodate up to six guests. They are equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable vacation close to nature. In 2022, there are 2 glamping tents opened, a hot tub and a country sauna. Both electricity and water connection are available, there are places for tents and campers. In the central part of the campsite, in the administration building, there is a bathroom with amenities, as well as an equipped kitchen. The campsite provides canoeing routes in Daugava river. Offers canoes and kayaks, as well as transportation. Bicycles are also available for rent, and the marked regional cycle route "Daugavas loki" runs along the camping area.
	SENLICI	Senlīči offers a pleasant stay in the hotel, surrounded by a country apple orchard and the meadows of the Vircava River, in 10 modernly equipped, well-equipped rooms, designed to satisfy the various requirements of various customer groups. For hotel visitors we offer illuminated walking trails, parking (free of charge), as well as car trailer connection and electric car charging points. There is also a large car park. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or enjoy freshly baked pastry snacks for a separate fee in the nearby cafe - restaurant "Zemnieka cienasts" from 8.00-20.00 Guests have access to the nearby bathing places on the banks of the Vircava River, the excursion boat "Frīda", a boat, and for children - the amusement park "Līču" Ganības ".
	Kesterciema Peonijas	A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea. The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties. Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now. Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
	Fisherman's farm DIENINAS	The owners are third-generation fishers, and they will be happy to sell you some smoked local fish. Tour groups can take part in active leisure related to cultural aspects of smoking tasty fish (tossing a boot into the sea, stories from fishermen’s wives, a theatrical performance, and the smoking and tasting of fish). Latvian cuisine: Smoked and dried plaice, hot-smoked eelpout and other fish prepared on the basis of ancient local recipes.
	Rakstu raksti / Andres el Leton pieminas maja	Kaltene is home to a memorial house that has been set up in honour of Andris Kārkliņš, who was known as the first internationally recognised flamenco guitarist of Latvian origin. Known as Andres El Leton, he was a composer, poet, writer and photographer. Visitors will learn all about the artist’s life and work via audio and video recordings. Up on the second floor of the building is a small creative workshop (SIA “Rakstu Raksti,” where people produce applied arts items such as folk costumes, linen products, accessories, souvenirs, etc. They sew apparel and home textiles from linen and other natural materials. The workshop has floristics specialists, and it accepts orders on sewn, knit and crocheted products. Master classes are also available. Visitors will enjoy local produced foodstuffs from the Roja Administrative District (fish, wine, cheese, conserves, jams, teas, etc.). Handicrafts and souvenirs are available for purchase.
	Murbudu Sidrs Cidery	As the owners say, Mūrbūdu Cider is an Abnormal Cider - here are no traditions, and creativity knows no bounds. Our Story The cidery is located in an ancient stone building in Valka region, next to the ruins of an old Livonian Order castle. Apples Mūrbūdu Cider always strives to do something new and unprecedented, using fruit and berries that are locally sourced from the surrounding area as much as possible. Ciders Experiments with flavours (honey, berries, ginger, and spices) and cider-making methods (aging in oak bourbon barrels, malolactic acid fermentation, fermentation with beer yeast) result in a diverse range of ciders, allowing for the discovery of new and exciting flavours and cider styles. Not all experiments are successful, but the best ones always reach the customers. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with tastings and themed masterclasses led by the owner, as well as the option to create custom programmes. 	Sabiles Sidrs Cidery	Sabile ciders are crafted from natural apple juice using traditional cider-making methods. Our Story The owners of Sabile Cidery are the Circenis family – Baiba and Aldis. The idea of the cidery came from both tending the family orchard near Sabile, where old, majestic apple trees grow, and from learning about cider culture and production traditions in England and France. Apples The apples used for cider-making are grown in the orchards of Kurzeme – both dessert apples and specially selected varieties suitable for cider production. Ciders Sabile's ciders are intense, yet fresh and sparkling, with or without additional flavours. Two brands of cider are produced: Sabiles Cider and Gardener's. There are also mulled ciders and cider cocktails available. Sabile's ciders have won awards at international competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, and Riga. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with stories about cider-making in Sabile, as well as tastings at the Sabile's Cider House. 	Baking carrot buns "Usi"	The farm is located in the north-west of Latvia, which was historically inhabited by Livonians and, nowadays, is often called the Livonian coast. Farm is one of the first homes in Kolka, 1.2 km from Kolkasrags, the furthest northern point of Courland separating the Baltic Sea from the Gulf of Riga. The owner of the farm demonstrates the way in which the traditional Northern Kurzeme dessert that is a carrot bun and is known as a "sklandrausis" is prepared. Sklandrausis is registered in the EU food quality scheme as a product with traditional speciality guaranteed. Hikers can take a tour to see the industrial history of Kolka, complete with theatrical elements and tasting of Latvia’s best sprats. Latvian cuisine: Porridge with fried onions and meat, kefir, herbal teas. Special foods: Carrot buns.
	PIENA MUIZA - BERGHOF PIRTIS	The Berghof Milk Estate with saunas. The weekend sauna at the estate offers a country sauna and the holiest type of traditional sauna – the black rock sauna. This is a ritual which takes several hours, with handmade switches, massages, scrubs, rinsing and herbal teas from Sieksāte. The mansion of the estate has a wet sauna, a steam sauna, a basin with a stream and a fireplace. The Rožu Saloon off ers delicious dining, and the Milk Spa allows you to relax in milk baths.
