	Abuls Cidery	Abuls is one of the most experienced cider makers in Latvia. They craft artisanal cider near Smiltene, in Northern Vidzeme. Our Story Cider making began in 2000, with passionate experimentation using local apples each year. Later, inspiration was drawn from visiting cider regions in Normandy, Asturias, Somerset, and the Basque Country. Since 2018, cider has been made in a newly built cider cellar near an orchard, at the very source of the Abuls River. Apples The cider orchard hosts about 400 apple trees - some are special English cider apples, local wild apples, paradise apples, and local late autumn apple varieties. True apple varieties are also sought on expeditions in Latvian nature - in forest edges, ditches, and abandoned gardens. Ciders The ciders are crafted using white wine-making techniques, which help preserve the freshness and local apple aroma as much as possible. All Abuls ciders are handmade. The cider is also fermented using the wild yeasts found on apple skins, which adds a natural sweetness of apple juice. For Visitors The offer includes a tour of the cidery and orchard, a tasting of all available ciders, stories about cider culture, and the cider-making process. 	Piekuni – sauna rituals and the Latvian way of life	Piekūni offers Latvian sauna rituals merged with folk songs and herbal teas. You can then sleep in a bed made of round wood and designed in accordance with ancient Latvian style. The owners will offer you a tour to tell you all about how our ancestors dealt with the environment – plants, rocks, sources of energy, etc.
	Licisi	Biological Goat Farm “Līcīši” is an organic goat farm located in the municipality of Jelgava, surrounded by forests and the scenic Misa River. Established in 1992, it is one of the first and still among the largest goat farms and goat dairy producers in Latvia. Cheese and Dairy Products Feta-style goat cheese: Fresh Līcīši Goat Cheese Aged Līcīši Goat Cheese Aged Līcīši Goat Cheese in Oil Soft goat cheese: Līcīši Soft Goat Cheese, available plain or with herbs and spices. This cheese is especially popular among restaurants, which order it both as a cream cheese and as a base for cheese balls. The farm also produces smoked and fresh cheeses. Other dairy products: Pasteurised goat milk Goat milk kefir “Pienenīte” (“Dandelion”) How the Cheese Is Made The farm uses a modern goat milking parlour equipped with a ramp and milking machines for 12 goats at a time. After milking, the milk is immediately transferred to a cooling system and rapidly chilled to ensure high quality, freshness, and excellent flavour in the cheese production. Due to the natural cycle of goat farming, production follows a seasonal rhythm. For Visitors The farm welcomes families, school groups, and tourists. Visitors can meet more than 70 goats and billy goats, as well as chickens and the traditional Latvian Blue Cow breed. Guests can also take a look at the goat milk processing facility from the outside and enjoy a tasting experience, sampling goat milk, kefir, and a variety of cheeses. Farm-made products are available for purchase on-site. In addition, the farm offers consultations, workshops, and events. Visitors can also enjoy a picnic area, camping spots, and a sauna. 	Gatartas muiza	Vidzemes pakalnu ieskauta Smiltenes novadā, Gatartā slejas 200 gadus sena muiža – Gatartas muiža piedzīvojusi dažādus laikus, kopš 2025.gada 30.decembra tai ir jauni saimnieki, dodot iespēju ikvienam interesentam gan ekskursijās iepazīt muižas vēsturi, novērtēt senatnes mantojumu un saklausīt nākotnes vīziju. Muižas kompleksā ir kungu māja, klēts, ledus pagrabs, dārznieka namiņš, vistu namiņš un stallis. Kopējā teritorijas platība ir 9 ha, kurā ir unikāla ozolu birzs, dižozols un reljefā iegūluši dīķi. Muiža ik piektdienu laikā no plkst. 9:00 līdz 19:00 ir atvērta apskatei, citā laikā – vienojoties. Muižas kungu mājā ir 2 plašas zāles, kuras ir pieejamas dažādiem pasākumiem, šobrīd gan bez iespējas nakšņot. 	Ligatne Winery	Līgatne Winery is a family business that produces special ciders in the Gauja National Park. Our Story Līgatne Winery is a family business established in 2010 with the aim of producing high-quality, delicious homemade wine from berries and fruits grown in Latvia. For several years now, the company has also been producing cider. Apples The family’s orchard is located in Gauja National Park, where they use autumn and winter apple varieties to create sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. The newer cider apple trees, known for their red flesh, yield a juice that gives the cider a pink hue. Ciders They produce sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. For Visitors Tastings are held by candlelight in the sandstone cave "Lustūzis" in Līgatne, accompanied by stories about the historical Līgatne paper mill village, caves, cliffs, and the traditions of winemaking and cider production. As a snack to pair with the drinks, cheese made from fresh milk from a local farm is offered. 	Garikas	This is the first farm in Latvia which began to grow mushrooms. Informative tours are available, advice is given, and guests are treated with the “emperor mushroom” sauce or soup. You can also order other foods which involve shitake mushrooms or purchase them in dry or powdered form. The owner also produces an ancient herbal beverage called “Ponšo,” and it is only available at Garīkas.
	Mr. Plume Cidery	Mr Plūme Cidery crafts cider from select apple varieties grown in their own orchard and foraged from the wild, as well as perry made from carefully chosen pears. Our Story Māris and Dace Plūme have been crafting cider since 2010, drawing on experience gained in top cider houses in France and Austria and experimenting with various cider and winemaking methods. Apples Their 1.5-hectare orchard is home to rare and aromatic dessert apple varieties, the latest apple hybrids, and select pear varieties from Austria, England, and local sources, all cultivated for perry production. Each autumn, the owners embark on “apple safaris,” searching for interesting wild apple trees from which they gather fruit, adding the best to their collection. The orchard also includes unique apple and pear varieties discovered by the owners, such as ‘Pāvilosta Cider Apple,’ ‘Kaibala Bitter,’ ‘Aizpute Pear,’ and others. Ciders They produce both naturally sparkling and still apple ciders, using wild fermentation (without adding yeast) or different types of yeasts. They also make premium ciders from one to four select apple or pear varieties from their orchard, which showcase the distinct ‘terroir’ of the farm. Mr Plūme ciders have won awards at cider competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, Madeira, as well as in Baltic and Nordic competitions. For Visitors Visitors can enjoy tours of the orchard and cidery, including tastings and stories about the cider-making process. With prior arrangement, an instrumental guitar performance by musician and owner Māris Plūme is also available. 	The Usma SPA restaurant	This restaurant is located in a lovely place on the north bank of Lake Usma, which is the fifth largest lake in Latvia. Latvian cuisine: Cod or pike-perch filet, potted vegetables and mushrooms, potato pancakes with smoked ham, crepes with jam or honey. Special foods: Mutton soup with vegetables.
	PILSKROGS	Ēdole Castle is a unique historical building, as it is the only castle of the Bishopric of Courland that is still inhabited. The “Pilskrogs” café of Ēdole Castle offers a variety of original dishes, giving preference to ingredients purchased from local farmers and producers, as well as mushroom and berry pickers during the season.
	Subrakkrasti (ARA Kalnozols)	The company “ARA Kalnozols, Ltd.” is located in the same territory with the guest house "Šubrakkrasti", located in Madona region, Bērzaune parish, 8 km from Lake Kāla, in a quiet place surrounded by nature. "Šubrakkrasti" is both a guest house and a non-standard farm, which offers excursions, during which you will be able to get acquainted with the history of the house (previously there was a dairy), owner Raimonds Aizstrauts - factory equipment production workshop, his motorsports (four-time USSR champion in motorsports) and work on CNC and laser engraving equipment. Walk through the manicured countryside, which includes a mountain with a serpentine road, landscaped gardens, ponds, etc. There is a 9-hole meadow golf course in the area. There are also creative workshops - a soap maker or gift box making.
	Tauri	A biological farm in the lovely nature park of the Ogre River valley. You can tour the farm to see how biological cattle from the Charolais breed are bred. Walk down our nature trails to watch cows grazing in the fields. Visit the little Akmeņupīte stream and the large oak trees that are in the area. You can see the rapids of the Ogre River and, in the spring, broad fields of ramsons. The venue offers tastings of its products, and you can also purchase meat to take along with you.

	ZAKI	Sauna house for leisure, celebrations and sports events near Jaunjelgava. Near the pond, a countryside sauna and steam-bath with a bedroom on the second floor. An open-air Jacuzzi. A playground for the children, a tennis court.
	The “Karlamuiza” guesthouse	Located in Kārļi, the guesthouse is in a building that used to serve as the servant’s home for the former noble estate. It mostly uses local ingredients and only prepares meals on the basis of individual orders that are filed in advance. Latvian cuisine: Roast meats, apple bread, homemade ice cream, bread soup, cranberry fool, wild mushroom sauce, homemade wine. Special foods: Trout from the Kārļi stream.
	Bungalow Niedras	Bungalow Niedras is located in Jūrmala, 1.9 km from Jūrmala Beach. It offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children’s playground, free bicycles and free private parking. The property has a sauna. There is also a fridge, microwave and kettle, barbecue. You can go skiing and hiking in the area. The cosily furnished bungalow allows you to enjoy both the first and the last rays of the sun and the starry sky, as its roof is partially covered with a durable, transparent film. 	Plaudis.lv	Camping "Plaudis.lv" is located in Vidzeme, in a beautiful place by Plaužu lake. Offers tent sites, boats, SUP boards, catamaran rentals, places for recreation and events. There is a child-friendly swimming area, playground, volleyball court. It is also possible to rent a sauna and a outdoor hot tub. In the shop - cafe you can buy ice cream, coffee and drinks.
	The „Valguma pasaule” restaurant	The restaurant is on the banks of Lake Valgums and at an historical location where the Soviet Union had a base for government leaders. Today this is a lovely place for active or calm recreation. Elegant dishes are offered in the glass room, and soup is cooked on a campfire.
	SKRUNDA MANOR restaurant	Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. The manor restaurant uses products grown in Latvia and produced by local farmers, offering its guests to taste original local dishes, such as carp croquettes with homemade rhubarb mayonnaise, pork belly with birch leaf syrup and celery, and a selection of ice cream made in the manor.
	Abava Winery	Abavas Winery, located near Tukums, invites you to taste Latvian fruit and berry wines, ciders, a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as spirits. History The inspiration to establish the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, when they visited some of Europe’s oldest wineries. Over the years, it has grown into the largest and most renowned winery in Latvia. Grapes Near Sabile, the winery cultivates a 4-hectare vineyard – the largest commercial vineyard in Latvia and one of the northernmost in the world. The harvested grapes are used to produce award-winning wines. Apples At the 4-hectare apple orchard next to the winery in Tukums grow apple trees that were planted during Soviet times and represent the industrial varieties of that period. Meanwhile, a certified organic apple orchard has been established near Sabile. From the harvest, excellent and award-winning alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are crafted. For Visitors The owners warmly invite guests to visit the winery, learn its story, and enjoy a tasting of various drinks. For groups, snack platters can be pre-ordered.
