Diese Objekte sind nich immer geöffnet, aber sie organisieren Kostproben, Meisterklassen in Zubereitung oder decken Tische für verschiedene Veranstaltungen nur nach vorheriger Vereinbarung. Mit dem Besitzer muss man sowohl die Besichtigungszeit- und Dauer, als auch die Zahl der Besucher und die Bezahlung vereinbaren.
