Located in the Gauja National Park, in the ancient valley of the river Amata, in an old manor house. On the ground floor of the building you can enjoy a meal prepared and served at the restaurant level, without losing the taste and atmosphere of the house. Cooking here uses mainly local ingredients, some of which are vegetables, spices and greens grown in the hotel garden.
Located in Kārļi, the guesthouse is in a building that used to serve as the servant’s home for the former noble estate. It mostly uses local ingredients and only prepares meals on the basis of individual orders that are filed in advance.
