This section has information about dining service providers throughout Latvia that offer services on the basis of advance reservations – country tourism accommodations and farms that prepare and honour Latvian foods and traditions and praise knowledge and skills in terms of preparing Latvian dishes. These venues are not always open, but they offer food tastings, master classes and set tables for events only with advance reservations. Make sure that you contact owners to discuss the time and duration of your visit, the number of visitors and the cost of the process. Often such venues offer not just dining, but also the sale of local farm products.
The “Latvian Kitchen” logo means that the dining facility will have at least three traditional or modern Latvian foods and drinks on the menu. Each venue will list the foods and beverages that are available. Usually you can order other foods and beverages with the agreement of the owner.
