This is the most modern rabbit farm in the Baltic States. The animals live in cages in a shed, but there are also cages outside where they can be viewed. Children will love contacts with 24 types of rabbits, as well as an opportunity to study the surrounding area from a viewing tower. If you apply in advance, you can purchase fresh rabbit meat, sausages, dried meats and pâté. A new thing at the farm is the Mangalicas breed of wild pigs from Hungary.

This beautiful farm near the hillocks of Lake Kālis grows raspberries, strawberries, cranberries and blackberries. During the season, you can pick, taste and buy the berries. Informational tours are also available.

The farm breeds goats and grows vegetables. You can take a tour, help to milk the goats, and taste and country goodies such as cheese, bread and pierogi. You can also help to make cheese.

You can visit the workshop, watch the craftsman at work, try your own hand at the process, and purchase clay objects, including garden ceramics. There is also a lovely garden to view.

The 11 buildings of the museum feature farm equipment, horse-related equipment, several dozen internal combustion motors, as well as tools used by craftspeople and farmers during Latvia’s first period of independence. The annual harvest festival brings together as many as 2,000 visitors. A harvest festival features special porridge. Groups can take part in a bread programme, watching the production of bread from dough to loaf.

The farm produces vegetables, medicinal plants and honey. You can look at Charolais cattle and buy products. The lady of the house will talk about her experience in relation to her farm and biological farms that are in the neighbourhood.

This is one of the largest goat farms in Latvia, with approximately 160 pedigree goats (Alp, Anglo, German White Noble and other breeds), as well as pigs for breeding purposes. You can take a tour and help in herding the goats. Kid goats can be seen in the spring. You can taste various kinds of cheese, ice-cream made from goat milk and watch how the goats are milked (around 5:00 PM every day). You can also taste and purchase canned meat. No preservatives are ever added to the farm’s products. 

The vintner makes wine from berries and fruits that he grows himself. You can taste and/or buy currant, sparkling apple, black currant, dandelion, rhubarb and other wines that have been declared to be “Natural Products.”

The farm uses ancient recipes from grandmothers to bake aromatic sourdough and rye bread on maple leaves, with the crunch crust being processed with flax oil. You can help to bake the bread and then taste and buy it.

The farm breeds rabbits, goats, pigs, cows, horses, and foreign animals such as Cameroon sheep and marmots. You can take a tour to look at wild horses and other animals. You and purchase biological products and take a sauna in a structure built on the basis of the traditions of Lettigalian black saunas.
