	Hostelis "Sili"	Hostel "Sili" is located near Jelgava, in Mežciems. It has 19 rooms, as well as a conference and event hall, fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking (ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pots, pans and kitchen utensils). New and pleasant shared toilets and showers are available on each floor. Room cleaning and a bed linen set are included in the price. 	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	The Drubazas farm	After viewing the lovely scenes that are a part of the Drubazi nature trail, which runs along the banks of the Ancient Abava River Valley, the owner offers tastings of homemade wine. He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
	Piekuni – sauna rituals and the Latvian way of life	Piekūni offers Latvian sauna rituals merged with folk songs and herbal teas. You can then sleep in a bed made of round wood and designed in accordance with ancient Latvian style. The owners will offer you a tour to tell you all about how our ancestors dealt with the environment – plants, rocks, sources of energy, etc.
	Kugitis "Gulbis"	The boat "Gulbis" goes on trips along the Daugava, revealing the history of Koknese and Likteņdārzs, the stories of the Daugava, and will become a witness to today's story. It invites you to go along, enjoy, explore, remember, dream and relax, rinsing the waves of the Daugava, in complete peace, enjoying the sounds of nature and the stories of an audio guide. The boat can accommodate up to 20 guests on board. Route: Likteņdārzs - Koknese Lutheran Church - Koknese Castle Ruins - Perse River - Likteņdārzs Amphitheater - Likteņdārzs. 	Laima Ceramics	Welcome to our ceramics workshop, where we’ll be happy to tell you all about the miraculous transformations that occur in the world of ceramics. We offer creative activities in shaping, spinning, sgraffito, a master class in rolled dishes, a common dish with handprints, fish scale vases or bowls, casting your hand in gypsum, and a chance to meet the family of horses that we have. 	Abulkrastu pirts	A lovely and quiet family farm 12 km from Valmiera offers Latvian sauna rituals, various spa procedures, and massages (classical, medicinal, honey-based, etc.). Listen to relaxing music during the procedures, after which you will be offered ecologically pure herbal teas from herbs which have been collected near the farm. There is a heated outdoor jacuzzi along with a swing-set, a playground for children, as well as a series of creative workshops in accordance with the season of the year.

	REZIDENCE KURZEME	Accommodation in the guest house "Rezidence Kurzeme" is offered from well-equipped rooms to separate well-equipped houses with fireplaces - Kalna house, Terrace house, Big house, Family apartments and Guest house. 	Kempings ''Muiznieki''	This well-appointed campsite is on the shore of Lake Usma and in a lovely and neat forested area. Come and relax in heated huts which accommodate six people with all modern conveniences. The guesthouse has a fireplace hall, a sauna, and four rooms to spend the night in. You can take a countryside sauna and rent a jacuzzi. The venue has a volleyball court and a basketball hoop. You can rent rowboats, motorboats, canoes, catamarans and SUP boards. A ferry called “Ņiprais” offers rides around Lake Usma. There’s a playground for children, good places for tents, and very good places for fishing, berry-picking and mushroom hunting. The campsite is in an advantageous place in that several towns in Kurzeme are nearby.
	Zilver Beverages	Zilver beverages come from the Zilver family country house in Sigulda. Our Story Initially, the cider makers produced cider for their own needs, using the harvest from their apple orchard. The family business’s main products are fruit and berry wines. Cider became a favourite drink of the Zilver family, especially in the summer. Its taste and quality were also appreciated by family friends and clients, which led the family to expand cider production. Apples The farm’s apple orchard has around 80 different apple varieties, some of which are specifically selected for cider-making. Ciders Zilver produces Quince Semi-Sweet Cider and Wild Apple Cider. For Visitors Guests are offered a tour of the production facility, as well as cider and wine tastings with snacks. During the summer season, visitors can observe the "captured apples" – apples grown directly in bottles and later infused with apple brandy. 	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. 	Farmers’ market STRAUPES FARMERS’ MARKET	This market sells produces from local farmers and home manufacturers who offer traditional and seasonal food which they grow and prepare themselves. You can purchase vegetables, fruit, fresh and smoked meat, cheese, bread, country tortes, homemade wine and various household and gardening objects.
	The Juri farm	The owners of the farm inherited it. There is a wood house with decorative trim and window shutters. The owners use milk from their own cows to produce cheeses on the basis of old and modern recipes. You can taste the cheese, milk, clotted milk, buttermilk and other dairy products, watch how they are made, and take part in the process yourself. There are also animals to view.
	Film city Cinevilla	The biggest and the most impressive public decoration in the open air which was originally built in 2004 as the set for the film „The guards of Riga”and later as the set for the film directed by J.Streich „Rudolf’s inheritance”. Here you will also find the weapon museum Arsenal (contains weapons of different periods, uniforms and household goods), as well as the bakery "Laci".
	The IKS Park	The IKS Park organisation offers rural joy, playing around and relaxing at the edge of a forest. Visitors can engage in crafts, learn about medicinal plants from Latvia in an interactive way and also learn about the properties of same. There are two different territories. One is an open-air exhibition of medicinal plants, with six beds of various plants. Visitors are invited to stroll through the garden and learn about plants that might be useful and appropriate for them. There is also room for mini-football, a barefoot trail, an “ant trail” that is a relay race with various steps, a pergola and a class to teach about nature. Second, there is a small farm with workshops and a mini zoo. Under a large canopy or in a cosy fireplace hall, visitors can try their hand at traditional and modern Latvian crafts. There is also a chance to play various games, some of which are quite ancient, indeed. Master craftsmen at the farm offer practical activities that allow visitors to produce their own souvenirs. Class topics include weaving of blankets from plants, jewellery making, soap making, grinding of flour, etc.
	Imantas tirgus	This is a farmers’ market with direct links between farms, homesteads and consumers. Use your five senses at the Imanta Market, and you will realise that you are in a place where the flavours of Latvia’s regions intermingle.
	Restaurant LAUCU AKMENS	The restaurant is situated in Skulte district – 8 km away from Saulkrasti, in the direction of Minhauzen Museum. It is on a steep cliff alongside the sea, with a lovely view of the sea from the summer terrace during sunsets. The restaurant works with local fishermen, and the restaurant’s menu consists mostly of high quality local Baltic sea fish. Latvian cuisine: Cold soup, fish soup, porridge, grey peas with bacon and onions, herring with potatoes and cottage cheese, stacked rye bread, crepes with jam, rhubarb or sea buckthorn sorbet. Special foods: Various fish dishes – bream, pike-perch, perch, plaice, salmon and herring.
	The “Mikelis” café	The café is at the “Miķelis” leisure venue on the banks of the Mūsa River. Visitors can tour a typical farm from the 19th and 20th century, as well as the Machinery Museum. Latvian cuisine: Cold soup, Valmiera salad, roast Baltic plaice, potato pancakes, stawberry soup with ice cream. Special foods: "Special Bauska foods," "Miķelis" pork chop.
