	The “Neptuns” restaurant	The restaurant is on the seaside and in the Ķemeri National Park. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Jūrmala and features a teahouse and outdoor terrace during the summer. In only 44 km distance from Riga you can enjoy sea air, pine soughing and great meal. In the restaurent chefs use quality local products. The menu changes every season.
	Dvietes istais lauku saldejums	The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common. The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands. Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made.
	Baking carrot buns "Usi"	The farm is located in the north-west of Latvia, which was historically inhabited by Livonians and, nowadays, is often called the Livonian coast. Farm is one of the first homes in Kolka, 1.2 km from Kolkasrags, the furthest northern point of Courland separating the Baltic Sea from the Gulf of Riga. The owner of the farm demonstrates the way in which the traditional Northern Kurzeme dessert that is a carrot bun and is known as a "sklandrausis" is prepared. Sklandrausis is registered in the EU food quality scheme as a product with traditional speciality guaranteed. Hikers can take a tour to see the industrial history of Kolka, complete with theatrical elements and tasting of Latvia’s best sprats. 	Apinu kalte	We offer ancient dishes of Madona region (group catering), culinary master classes (ancient dishes, etc.), use home-grown berries (strawberries, raspberries), etc. agricultural products because they own a farm. 	The Osenieki biological farm	This biological farm (Bio 05-049-2008) grows berries such as strawberries and summer and autumn raspberries, as well as vegetables and grains. During the hay season during the summer visitors can spend the night in bales of hay.
	The “Kucuru dzirnavas” guesthouse	The windmill building (1875) is now a museum and offers well known wedding traditions. Guests can catch fish in the local pond and then cook them. Latvian cuisine: Sautéed cabbage, pork ribs, homemade steak haché, onion rings, Kučuri tortes, natural juices, berry beverages. Special foods: “Kučuri rescue soup” – solyanka for hangovers.
	Abava Winery	Abava Winery, located in the Abava River Valley in Kurzeme, invites you to sample Latvia’s fruit and berry ciders, wines, and distillates. Our Story The inspiration to create the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, while visiting Europe’s oldest wineries. It is now regarded as the largest winery and cidery in Latvia. Apples The 4-hectare apple orchard includes trees planted during the Soviet era, representing the industrial apple varieties of that time. Ciders Abava ciders are made from apples grown in Latvia and stand out with their distinctive northern flavour – a classic Old World heritage, enriched with northern herbs, berries, fruit characteristics, and bold creative blends. Abava ciders have been awarded at international exhibitions and competitions. For Visitors The owners invite you to visit the cidery, learn about the story of cider, and enjoy various ciders during a tasting. Groups can order platters of snacks and catering. During the harvest season, guests are invited to participate in apple picking. The cider estate also offers venues for events, seminars, parties, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. 	Valguma pasaules baskaju taka	The first barefoot trail created in the Baltic States in the recreation complex "Valguma pasaule", which is located on the forested shores of Lake Valguma. 	SKRUNDA MANOR restaurant	Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. 	Hostelis "Sili"	Hostel "Sili" is located near Jelgava, in Mežciems. It has 19 rooms, as well as a conference and event hall, fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking (ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pots, pans and kitchen utensils). New and pleasant shared toilets and showers are available on each floor. Room cleaning and a bed linen set are included in the price. Also accessible for disabled guests - there is a specially equipped room as well as facilities. Guests have free parking at the hostel. It is possible to organize business parties, weddings, birthdays and other events in the banquet hall, which can take up to 60 guests. 	Milmani	The “Mīlmaņi” guesthouse is on the banks of the Gauja River in Ranka. The venue is cosy for family celebrations and events for up to 50 participants. The main building has five bedrooms. A summer home is available for as many as 30 people, with a sauna, a black Sauna and, on the banks of the Gauja, a jacuzzi, as well as picnicking locations with grills. Swimming and boating are available.
	The “Maurini” guesthouse	The guest house is located about 6 km from Sigulda. "Mauriņi" was built in such a way that one of the ancient oak trees is visible from each window. Home cooking, using local farmers' products, berries and mushrooms picked in the area, and home-grown vegetables. Cakes and mini pies with a variety of fillings. Latvian cuisine: Wild mushroom sauce, pork’s head soup, potato dumpling milk soup, barley soup, wild mushroom soup, fish soup, potato dumplings with bacon and cream, porridge, stuffed rutabaga, sautéed chicken, wild game, stacked rye bread, bread soup, whipped dessert with berry sauce, crepes, pierogi. 	A winery at the Tevini homestead	This winery produces wine from fruits and berries from its own garden, as well as from wild fruits and berries – raspberry, apple, gooseberry, blackberry, strawberry, red bilberry, rowanberry, blueberry, red currant, elderberry, shadberry and dandelion wine. The main product is sparkling wine from raspberries that is similar to Champagne. The wines can be tasted at the cosy winery, which has a garden terrace. During the summer, visitors can tour the garden, which is partly landscaped and partly wild. Talk to the owner in advance, and he will prepare a campfire on which you will be able to cook food that you bring with you and enjoy it with the wine. There are also fruit and berry juices for children.
	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Lauskis cider is crafted from organically grown apples in a nearly century-old apple orchard. Our Story The Lauskis winery and cidery was established in 2019. The ciders and fruit wines are produced in the 300-year-old vaulted cellars of Krape Manor, located in the parish of Lēdmane. The owner, Vents Grīnbaums, named the winery in honour of his great-grandfather Vilis Lausks, a well-known Latvian fruit grower and teacher at the Bulduri Horticultural School. Apples The apple harvest is still gathered from apple trees planted almost 100 years ago. Ciders The cidery produces semi-dry and semi-sweet apple cider, as well as apple-and-chokeberry cider. Lauskis ciders have won awards at the Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) and the international cider competition SISGA in Asturias, Spain. For visitors Visitors are welcome to learn all about cider-making at the manor, sampling ciders and local snacks. 	Cafe Alida	Aromatic coffee is produced here from chicory and on the basis of ancient recipes from grandma Alīda. All of the ingredients come from surrounding fields and forests. Roasted chicory coffee PAULĪNE (rye, chicory, carrots, acorns); roasted rye, chicory, and hemp coffee SĒLIJA (rye, chicory, carrots, hemp leaves); rye malt, chicory, and hop coffee VIESĪTE (rye malt grains, chicory, hops). Produce can be purchased.The owner will offer you a tour, during which you will be able to taste and buy her coffee.
	Kafejnica "Baltais Gulbis"	“Baltais Gulbis” is a café that opened on May 6, 2023. The café offers a meal after a lovely visit to Likteņdārzs (Destiny Garden). The café is next to the meeting house in Koknese and the place where the “Gulbis” yacht stops. Tasty coffee, refreshing drinks, snacks, hearty luncheons, ice cream and other goodies.
	Bungalow Niedras	Bungalow Niedras is located in Jūrmala, 1.9 km from Jūrmala Beach. It offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children’s playground, free bicycles and free private parking. The property has a sauna. There is also a fridge, microwave and kettle, barbecue. You can go skiing and hiking in the area.
