Ievas Brīvdienu cheese is a rich, unripened soft cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk, with no rind. It has a delicate, crumbly texture and a distinctly milky, pleasantly mild flavour. Also available with herbs, it is ideal served fresh, as well as for grilling or adding to salads.
