The saloon is located near the Kuldīga ring road. This is a slow-serve saloon with foods cooked on alder wood on the basis of the slow food principle. The saloon offers “meals in the garden”.

Latvian cuisine: Bean salad, sprats with cottage cheese, oatmeal with smoked meat, false goose, pike-perch sautéed in cream, cod with onions and tomatoes, potted mutton, beef with onions, hunter’s style pig liver, potted sautéed vegetables, hot dumpling soup with blackberries, wild berries with whipped cream, apples caramelised in honey, cottage cheese desserts.

A hospitable café and bakery, located in the very centre of Sigulda. The offer includes salads, soups and other hot dishes, as well as pastries and cakes.

Four-star hotel and restaurant of Vecgulbenes manor is located in a beautiful historic place, in a renovated horse arena building that was the largest closed arena in the Baltics.

The café welcomes guests with healthy, local, ecologically clean food. Here you can also get acquainted with cultural heritage, learn various legends, as well as purchase snacks and souvenirs.

The café is in the former administrative building of a collective farm in the centre of Gaigalava.  It cooks dishes with ingredients from its own farm and others.
Latvian cuisine: Bean soup with pearl barley, sauerkraut soup, pea soup, beet leaf soup, sorrel soup, fish soup made with tench or carp, ribs, roasts, false rabbit, oven-baked carp, dried fish, cottage cheese crème with berry sauce, baked apples with vanilla sauce, woven roulettes, dried fruit, quince candies.
