	KALNMUIZAS restaurant	Located in Kalnmuižas Castle. The pride of the restaurant's menu are the greens, fruits and vegetables from the ancient valley of the River Abava, wild game and mushrooms from Kurzeme forests, meat, crayfish, trout, goat’s cheese and home-made bread from the district’s farms. The menu depends on the season. Offer includes seasonal specialities.
	Saules Kvartals	The flats of Saules Kvartāls (Block of Sun) are found in the city centre and at a 15-minute walk from the Ventspils Olympics Centre and the skateboard park, 10 minutes from the Reņķa garden, 15 minutes from a children’s playground and other tourist destinations. The nearest store is just 100 metres away. There are three types of rooms at Saules Kvartāls – a studio flat for a family, a small room for two, and a two-room studio type flat. All of the apartments have a television set and WIFI, as well as a small kitchen where you can boil water in a kettle. There is also a stove along with kitchen equipment and utensils. All guests have a common use grill with the necessary equipment to use free of charge. There are also garden furnishings, a trampoline for the kids, and a sauna.
	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. 	Piksas	The birthplace of Latvia’s first prime minister and, later, president, Kārlis Ulmanis (1877-1942) was turned into a museum in 1993. The homestead has undergone unbelievable transformation during the past two decades. The landscape has been cleaned up, and buildings that were lost or were in poor shape have been rebuilt. There are a house, an ancillary building, a cattle shed and barn and a granary. The exhibition focuses on the life of Ulmanis, featuring an impressive collection of agricultural equipment and instruments, including Latvia’s largest wooden butter churn.
	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery is a place where history meets modern technology. Our Story The history of the manor dates back to 1604. In 2018, its current owner restored the manor's barn and set up a brewery, winery, and cidery within it. Apples In the Turkalne Manor orchard, covering 1 hectare, the apple varieties 'Sīpoliņš', 'Auksis', 'Antonovka', 'Remo', 'Spartan' are grown. Ciders At Turkalne Manor, they make apple cider, apple-rhubarb cider, and mulled cider. For Visitors Guests are offered tastings in the historic barn building. The second floor of the barn features a large space for events such as weddings, family celebrations, seminars, and training sessions. Catering can be arranged in advance. Accommodation and event hosting venues are available 1 km away at the Turbas leisure complex. A tour of the Turkalne Manor grounds with a story about the manor’s history and restoration is also offered. 	Herbal teas and honey TURAIDAS	This farm produces herbal teas and satchels of tea from lemon balm, raspberries, tansy, lady's mantles, plantago and linden blossoms as souvenirs and gifts, as well as honey from local hives. The lady of the house will be happy to tell you about life in the countryside and take you on an educational tour featuring medicinal plants, beekeeping and fence buildings. She will also offer tastings of products from the farm. It has a biological farming certificate, so much attention is focused on the popularisation of a healthy lifestyle. Clients can purchase teas made of raspberries, blackberries, linden blossoms, meadowsweet, yarrow, birch leaves, white nettles, etc.
	Abulkrastu pirts	A lovely and quiet family farm 12 km from Valmiera offers Latvian sauna rituals, various spa procedures, and massages (classical, medicinal, honey-based, etc.). Listen to relaxing music during the procedures, after which you will be offered ecologically pure herbal teas from herbs which have been collected near the farm. There is a heated outdoor jacuzzi along with a swing-set, a playground for children, as well as a series of creative workshops in accordance with the season of the year.
	The Viesturi mini-zoo of exotic birds	Here you will find African ostriches, a South American rhea, an Australian emu, pearl hens, pheasants and peacocks. You can purchase ostrich and other eggs, as well as souvenirs made of eggs and feathers.
	The “Lantus” farm	A Latvian farm merging the historical and the modern. Local dishes are prepared, and weddings in the spirit of old traditions are organised. The farm works with local farmers and manufacturers. 	PIENA MUIZA - BERGHOF PIRTIS	The Berghof Milk Estate with saunas. The weekend sauna at the estate offers a country sauna and the holiest type of traditional sauna – the black rock sauna. This is a ritual which takes several hours, with handmade switches, massages, scrubs, rinsing and herbal teas from Sieksāte. The mansion of the estate has a wet sauna, a steam sauna, a basin with a stream and a fireplace. The Rožu Saloon off ers delicious dining, and the Milk Spa allows you to relax in milk baths. 	Watermill of the Krape manor	The watermill of the Krape Estate is found on the Lobe River in the Ogre Administrative District. Owners offer tours of the mill so that you can learn how the old mill operates. You can stroll along the banks of the river or learn about plants in the meadow. There are places for tenting, but the main operation here is the production of elixirs from meadow plants, production of soy wax candles, production of etheric oils and hydrolats, a well as growing trout and African catfish that can be viewed during the season. A new thing is SPA services with floating, a halotherapy salt beach and an aromatherapy steam system. Floating is a unique way to boost your health. You’ll be dipped into a warm magnesium salt solution, which will allow your body to relax completely in physical, emotional and intellectual terms. The solution (MgSO4) is very concentrated, and it has a temperature of +37C, which is body temperature. That’s what makes the procedure so relaxing. Your body will not sink because of the concentration of salt, and you will float above it like bobber. You will relax all of your tendons and possibly compressed nerves. Your limbs will “oil up.” Your body will receive a very necessary dose of magnesium through your skin. 	Cirulisu Majas Labumi	On the west coast of the Gulf of Riga, in the village of Kaltene, SIA “Rožkalns” produces homemade wines and ciders, fish products and other delicacies made from berries and flowers picked in the garden and forest.
	Plaudis.lv	Camping "Plaudis.lv" is located in Vidzeme, in a beautiful place by Plaužu lake. Offers tent sites, boats, SUP boards, catamaran rentals, places for recreation and events. 	Subrakkrasti (ARA Kalnozols)	The company “ARA Kalnozols, Ltd.” is located in the same territory with the guest house "Šubrakkrasti", located in Madona region, Bērzaune parish, 8 km from Lake Kāla, in a quiet place surrounded by nature. "Šubrakkrasti" is both a guest house and a non-standard farm, which offers excursions, during which you will be able to get acquainted with the history of the house (previously there was a dairy), owner Raimonds Aizstrauts - factory equipment production workshop, his motorsports (four-time USSR champion in motorsports) and work on CNC and laser engraving equipment. Walk through the manicured countryside, which includes a mountain with a serpentine road, landscaped gardens, ponds, etc. There is a 9-hole meadow golf course in the area. There are also creative workshops - a soap maker or gift box making.
	Mr. Plume Cidery	Mr Plūme Cidery crafts cider from select apple varieties grown in their own orchard and foraged from the wild, as well as perry made from carefully chosen pears. Our Story Māris and Dace Plūme have been crafting cider since 2010, drawing on experience gained in top cider houses in France and Austria and experimenting with various cider and winemaking methods. Apples Their 1.5-hectare orchard is home to rare and aromatic dessert apple varieties, the latest apple hybrids, and select pear varieties from Austria, England, and local sources, all cultivated for perry production. Each autumn, the owners embark on “apple safaris,” searching for interesting wild apple trees from which they gather fruit, adding the best to their collection. The orchard also includes unique apple and pear varieties discovered by the owners, such as ‘Pāvilosta Cider Apple,’ ‘Kaibala Bitter,’ ‘Aizpute Pear,’ and others. Ciders They produce both naturally sparkling and still apple ciders, using wild fermentation (without adding yeast) or different types of yeasts. They also make premium ciders from one to four select apple or pear varieties from their orchard, which showcase the distinct ‘terroir’ of the farm. Mr Plūme ciders have won awards at cider competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, Madeira, as well as in Baltic and Nordic competitions. 	House of traditions "Zvanitaji" in Rucava	The wooden building was erected in the late 19th century and features a museum which demonstrates the way in which people lived more than 100 years ago. Exhibits include household objects, the Rucava folk costume, socks and decorated mittens. Various events involving discussions, singing, games, dancing and weaving are organised, as are cultural and educational programmes such as “Evening Activities” and “A Rucava Banquet” with local foods from lower Kurzeme. Latvian cuisine: Buns, sourdough porridge, homemade bread, honey, herbal teas.

	Zilver Beverages	Zilver beverages come from the Zilver family country house in Sigulda. Our Story Initially, the cider makers produced cider for their own needs, using the harvest from their apple orchard. The family business’s main products are fruit and berry wines. Cider became a favourite drink of the Zilver family, especially in the summer. Its taste and quality were also appreciated by family friends and clients, which led the family to expand cider production. Apples The farm’s apple orchard has around 80 different apple varieties, some of which are specifically selected for cider-making. Ciders Zilver produces Quince Semi-Sweet Cider and Wild Apple Cider. For Visitors Guests are offered a tour of the production facility, as well as cider and wine tastings with snacks. During the summer season, visitors can observe the "captured apples" – apples grown directly in bottles and later infused with apple brandy. 	The Juri farm	The owners of the farm inherited it. There is a wood house with decorative trim and window shutters. The owners use milk from their own cows to produce cheeses on the basis of old and modern recipes. You can taste the cheese, milk, clotted milk, buttermilk and other dairy products, watch how they are made, and take part in the process yourself. There are also animals to view.
