Fresh goat's cheese
Fresh goat's cheese is an unripened, medium-fat to low-fat cream cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk. It has a soft, slightly moist texture and a light, airy, delicate flavour. With no added ingredients, it has a pleasant natural sweetness characteristic of goat’s milk.
