Tourist attractions

• Sudrabkalnins - This is a sand dune that is covered with pines and has a monument to soldiers from Company 6 in Rīga, who defended the city in 1919.
• The Pinki Evangelical Lutheran Church of St John  -  Col Jukums Vācietis delivered a sermon at the church on that date (though not all historians agree that he did so), and that has gone down in history as one of the most important events of the day.
• A monument to the Pinki battle from Latvia’s freedom war -  It is dedicated to May 22, 1919, when, after a pause of nearly two months, a brigade commanded by Col Balodis headed for Rīga to rid the capital city of the Bolsheviks.  
• The Tireli or Antini Cemetery of the Brethren - This is the largest cemetery of the brethren from the World War I period.
• A park and museum to commemorate the Christmas battles  -  The so-called Christmas battles between the Russian and the German military took place in 1916, during World War I. There are unique elements of fortifications from World War I here – ones that are related to the Christmas battles.
