Latvian cuisine

"Latvian cuisine" – awarded to places where you can taste Latvian dishes. Anyone who has at least 3 Latvian dishes available on their menu can use the Latvian cuisine logo - both on the dishes and in the company's own marketing materials. The dishes do not have to be authentic and ancient, they can be modern or inherited from generations, traditional, based on Latvian raw materials and our traditions, dishes that we consider "our own". The Latvian cuisine logo can be used by both accommodations that also provide catering services, pubs and restaurants, and production farms that offer their own products based on Latvian cuisine for tastings.
