A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. In the first house, guests have at their disposal a house with two rooms, which can accommodate up to four people. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need to cook. The second house is bigger - with 3 rooms, kitchen and sauna. The third house is designed for overnight stays of up to 9 people. “Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.
