Cottages

A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

Oasis

“Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.

Piedagi Usi

“Piedāgi Ūši” in Kolka is a modern two-story holiday home with two rooms with seven beds on the upper floor and a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace on the first floor.  The venue is perfect for a large family or for two families wanting to vacation together.  The venue is particularly meant for hikers and environmental tourists.  There is equipment to dry footwear and apparel, to do laundry, to relax in a sauna, and to sit around in a friendly way in the kitchen/dining area.  Bicyclists will enjoy a stand for bikes in the outer room of the building.

The venue is a 10-minute walk from Cape Kolka and is on a large plot of land.  The beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.  

A second weekday home, “Ūši” is next door to “Piedāgi Ūši.”

Holliday cottage is located 85 km from Riga, 5 km from Kakenieki (Riga-Liepaja highway), on the bank of Lake Zebrus, in the nature protected area. There is separate house with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, fire place, terrace, steam bath and sauna with two hot-tubs next to the house in Ezerluki. This is a new guesthouse and campsite 800 m from the sea at Košrags.  We offer four bedrooms, a separate bedroom with all the conveniences, and a kitchen with a separate entrance.  There are two new and well-appointed weekend cottages for four people with all conveniences and a kitchen corner.  The campsite has six cottages, room for tents, and three connections for campers.  There is a service building with showers and WC, and we also have a sauna.

KUKUZES

The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga.  We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond.  Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax.  The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids.  Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed.  There are also cribs for babies.  You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts.

We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products.  An Internet link and television are both available.  Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond.  During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children.  During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.
