Летний коттедж особо подходит для отдыха друзей- семей с детьми, а также для летних лагерей и семинаров. На 1м этаже находится просторная гостиная с камином, встроенная кухня и большой обеденный стол, баня, гардеробная, просторная терраса. На 2м этаже расположены две отдельные спальни и одна просторная проходная спальня, туалет и душ. Коттедж предназначен для использования только в теплое время года – с 1 мая по 1 октября. Рядом находится коттедж (№ 819).

Место для проведения праздников, в 6 км от Яунпилса. На первом этаже - помещение для проведения праздников, кухня, баня, на втором этаже - пять 2-, 3-, 4-местных спален. Есть возможность попариться в бане, массаж.

“Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.  

Leisure Complex “Josti” is located in a scenic place, surrounded by woods. It gives you an opportunity to stay away from everyday noise and rush. In a quiet and comfortable farmstead you can spend your holidays or vacation, relax alone or with your friends and family, celebrate holidays and enjoy the stillness of the natural beauty around and become a part of it.
There are opportunities to take a sauna, go to a flower tub, swim, fish, cook your catch on a campfire, watch mouflons, roe deer and cranes from watchtowers, walk a nature trail or do nothing and just be a part of the nature.
Leisure Complex includes:
The Guest House with a banquet hall for celebrations (up to 40 persons), open fire and oak wood furniture, a dining room, kitchen, wardrobe, rooms with amenities (16 bed sites in total). If necessary, we are organizing meals and events. We are also offering a 2 bedroom apartment with their own kitchen and separate entrance.
The Log Sauna House with a spacious outdoor terrace, wood sauna and a hall with fireplace and lounge (up to 25 persons) and comfortable sleeping places.
Spacious meadows and forests, several ponds, a heated water tub, furnished outdoor canopy and a fire site. It is possible to organize camps and sports games. In case if the existing ponds seem to be too small, in a 5 minute drive away there is a Rideļu lake and the Baltic sea is 10 minutes away from the complex.

“Piedāgi Ūši” in Kolka is a modern two-story holiday home with two rooms with seven beds on the upper floor and a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace on the first floor.  The venue is perfect for a large family or for two families wanting to vacation together.  The venue is particularly meant for hikers and environmental tourists.  There is equipment to dry footwear and apparel, to do laundry, to relax in a sauna, and to sit around in a friendly way in the kitchen/dining area.  Bicyclists will enjoy a stand for bikes in the outer room of the building.

The venue is a 10-minute walk from Cape Kolka and is on a large plot of land.  The beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.  

A second weekday home, “Ūši” is next door to “Piedāgi Ūši.”
