The campsite is located in Slītere National Park, 3 kilometers from the sandy Baltic Sea. There are 6 buildings with a total of 50 beds - rooms for 3, 5, 6 or 12 people. There are two country kitchens, a library with books in Latvian and English, a large dining room. New service house with WC, shower and kitchen. You can also have a sauna. There are several trails and forest paths in the Slītere National Park for walks. The nearest shop is 2 km away in the village of Mazirbe. The campsite is open from June 1 to August 31. |

Apkārtnē ir iespējams doties pārgājienos - 20 min pastaiga līdz jūrai. 10 min. gājienā atrodas Baltijā augstākā kāpa Pūsēnu kalns. Netālu atrodas Bernātu pludmale un kafejnīca “Dzintariņš”. Iespēja izīrēt pludmales dvieļus, gleznošanas inventāru, dažāda veida krāsas, papīrs, molberts, un velosipēdus (par papildus maksu). Saimnieki piedāvā arī dažādas radošās un praktiskās meistarklases, piemēram, puķu stādu audzēšanu no sēklām, akvareļziedu gleznošanu, papīra gleznošanu un sveču gatavošanu. |

The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common. The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands. Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made. |
