1.5 km from the centre of Mārciena, the restaurant offers “old world,” Latvian and Baltic German dishes in a modern way.  Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish come from the estate’s gardens and fro local farmers.
Latvian cuisine: Roast pork with sauerkraut, new potatoes with chanterelles sauce, sautéed rabbit leg with pearl barley risotto.

The restaurant is located in the Old Town of Kuldīga, on the bank of the River Venta, overlooking the old bridge and the Venta Rapid. It is characterised by an antique and cosy interior and boasts three summer terraces with excellent views of the renovated City Garden and the Venta Rapid. The dishes are prepared from local products.

Beach cafe at the end of Jūrmalas Street, by the beach, in Liepāja. Live music in the Wind Garden on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks.

The café is in the former administrative building of a collective farm in the centre of Gaigalava.  It cooks dishes with ingredients from its own farm and others.
Latvian cuisine: Bean soup with pearl barley, sauerkraut soup, pea soup, beet leaf soup, sorrel soup, fish soup made with tench or carp, ribs, roasts, false rabbit, oven-baked carp, dried fish, cottage cheese crème with berry sauce, baked apples with vanilla sauce, woven roulettes, dried fruit, quince candies.
Special foods: Bean pancakes.

This facility is on the southern shore of Latvia’s second-largest lake with a lovely view of it.  Lettigalian foods are prepared from local ingredients, some of which are grown on site.
Latvian cuisine: Cottage cheese pierogi and potato dumplings with cream sauce.
