Here you'll find organized harmonious and scenic rides through the River Daugava nature park as well as along the Belarusian border. The horses are well trained and experienced making it possible to ride “Klajumi” horses even without previous experience. Ride therapy, relaxation and gymnastics on horseback. 

Holiday house "Burziņi" is located near Kuldiga. There are 2 holiday cottages in the  territory. It is a place to enjoy a leisurely stay in a romantic cottage with accommodation. In the first house, guests have at their disposal a house with two rooms, which can accommodate up to four people. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need to cook. The second house is bigger - with 3 rooms, kitchen and sauna. There is a pond nearby to enjoy the water, as well as carp living in the pond. The owners offer Eco SPA sauna rituals with various herbal procedures under the guidance of a professional bather.

Programme:

Excursion to the herb garden. The Lādezers DĀRZS, herb garden grows more than 300 herb species. They are all used in medicine, health and beauty care, and in well-being treatments – the garden is known as ‘the green pharmacy’. Here healthy lifestyle enthusiasts can discover the secrets of phytotherapy and learn how to use plants in many different ways – making aromatic pillows, healthy teas, bath scrubs, etc. In the summertime, the colours and smells of the outdoor display of plants are beautiful. The host will take visitors through the garden to show and tell them about the plants and their uses. There is a possibility  quench your thirst with water from the nearby spring and enjoy tea made from garden herbs.

Depart Lādezers DĀRZS herb garden for travel to Igate Palace Dzirnavas  tavern. The tavern is located approx. 7 km from Lādezers and the journey takes approx. 10 min.

On the grounds of the old mill, the Dzirnavas tavern has been established in the territory of the Igate castle, where the mill wheel rotates from time to time, grinding grain, from which the cooks prepare delicious dishes. In the mill tavern, loose barley porridge with fried meat, buckwheat porridge with lingonberry sauce, fried barley pancakes, boletus soup, fried zander fillet, pork ribs are served to the guests, while thirsty travelers can quench their thirst with country drink - kvass.

By the beekeeping farm “Kalniņi” there is a Bee Hut – small wooden house in which you can feel the presence of bees. The hives with seven bee families are built-in the sides of the Bee Hut, but inside the building they are designed as beds or seats. When looking at the building from the outside you can see the bee runs and also bees themselves. In addition, “Kalniņi” also offer different types of bee products – honey, pollen bread, beautiful and aromatic wax candles. It is possible to taste beekeeping products and enjoy a cap of warm tea. Families with kids can participate in educational workshops, learn how to make wax candles and gain information about the daily life in the beekeeping farm.

Since summer 2018 everyone can also visit the House of Crafts, where you can participate in different activities such as Encaustic painting (also known as hot wax painting), create wooden souvenirs with burnt folk signs as well as create wax candles etc. The House of Crafts offers different itineraries for grownups, kids, youngsters and newlyweds. There you can also purchase the offered products - various flower honey, pollen, pollen bread, propolis, cell honey and wax candles.

Ģimenes uzņēmums Svētes pagastā, netālu no Jelgavas. Kopš 2019.gada šeit top dažādi Latvijas priežu produkti, kas vērtīgi kā imunitātei, tā arī veselībai. Mītavas Čiekurs produktu galvenā sastāvdaļa ir Parastā priede (Pinus sylvestris). Tā bagāta ar ēterisko eļļu, sveķiem, miecvielām, C vitamīnu u.c. vērtīgām vielām. Tiek gatavotas priežu čiekuru karameles, čiekuru sīrupa zefīri, želejkončas, priežu čiekuru zapte, karamelizēti čiekuri sīrupā, šokolādē, kā arī priežu pumpuru sīrups un tēja.

Ekskursija norisinās 90-120 minūtes, kuru laikā atraktīvais saimnieks Reinis pastāstīs par uzņēmuma vēsturi, dalīsies receptēs, pagatavos katram apmeklētājam gardu dāvanu (čiekuru marmelādi), kā arī protams- varēs degustēst dažādos priežu produktus.

The farm grows medicinal plants that are very common in Latvia – oregano, St John’s wort, wormwood, lemon balm, cat’s-foot and others – altogether 25 species. It is located in a nature reserve and therefore in a clean ecological environment. Tours present how the medicinal plants are cultivated, and how herbal teas and other products are made on the farm. Herbal tea is served after the tour.
