Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. It is a hotel with 12 comfortable rooms, banquet halls, and conference rooms. Ragaciema Skadiņi is an old fisherman's homestead, the name of which is already mentioned in the census documents of 1826. At present, the old fisherman's farm is ready to welcom guests for overnight stays in wooden houses: 2 four-bed houses with 2 rooms, 1 six-bed house with 3 rooms, an old fisherman's house - Vilma's house (for 6-8 persons) and a sauna house (for 6-8 persons). For events - a fisherman's barn (70-100 people) and an event terrace (up to 30 people). Sauna and hot tub with LED lights and hydromassage. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, as well as dishes. There is a shower room, WC and hairdryer. The cottages have a terrace with table meals and barbecue facilities. Bed linen, towels and blankets for cooler evenings are included. Nearby is the famous Ragaciems fish market, grocery stores, bus stop. Within a few minutes walk there are 3 lovely pubs for great delicious meals (Ribas, Bermuda, Friends boat). Nearby are the hiking trails of Ķemeri National Park, Lake Kaņieris with a bird-watching tower and the Lapmežciems Museum, where you can learn about the history of the surrounding fishing villages. Lielborne Manor is a manor complex in the territory of the Nature Park “Daugavas loki”. In Lielborne there is an old park built on terraces, a 2 km long embossed walking trail, a mill pond and a waterfall. Recreational sites have been built in the historical places, which offer a view of the mill ruins, ponds, the river of Borne river and the Daugava. Active entertainment facilities are offered in the territory of the manor: a playground for children, a rope track for young people and a climbing wall. You can also try the Slack line and outdoor exercise equipment. Guests of the manor are offered bicycles, boat trips, quad bike rides in winter and horseback riding, including re-therapy.
