	SKRUNDA MANOR restaurant	Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. The manor restaurant uses products grown in Latvia and produced by local farmers, offering its guests to taste original local dishes, such as carp croquettes with homemade rhubarb mayonnaise, pork belly with birch leaf syrup and celery, and a selection of ice cream made in the manor.
	Sabiles Sidrs Cidery	Sabile ciders are crafted from natural apple juice using traditional cider-making methods. Our Story The owners of Sabile Cidery are the Circenis family – Baiba and Aldis. The idea of the cidery came from both tending the family orchard near Sabile, where old, majestic apple trees grow, and from learning about cider culture and production traditions in England and France. Apples The apples used for cider-making are grown in the orchards of Kurzeme – both dessert apples and specially selected varieties suitable for cider production. Ciders Sabile's ciders are intense, yet fresh and sparkling, with or without additional flavours. Two brands of cider are produced: Sabiles Cider and Gardener's. There are also mulled ciders and cider cocktails available. Sabile's ciders have won awards at international competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, and Riga. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with stories about cider-making in Sabile, as well as tastings at the Sabile's Cider House. 	Pincikajas	“Pincikājas” offers a sauna and a place for leisure in a lovely place on the banks of Lake Sudals. A certified masseur and sauna master is on hand to organise sauna-related rituals. You will relax in the jacuzzi that is outside the sauna, or go swimming in the lake. Enjoy a period of leisure or take part in sports, camping or parties for your team at work. There are accommodations for up to 11 people on the mansard floor of the main building. Boats and SUP boards are available to rent. There is space for tenting and room for parties with up to 30 participants. There is a place for swimming, as well as a playground for children.
	The Berghof dairy estate	The granary and cheese-making facility of the former Sieksāte (Berghof) Estate now house a museum (since 1985) which tracks the route of milk from the cow to the finished product. You can try your hand at milking cows and churning butter, and then you can taste what you have created. There is also a garden of fallow deer.
	Saules Kvartals	The flats of Saules Kvartāls (Block of Sun) are found in the city centre and at a 15-minute walk from the Ventspils Olympics Centre and the skateboard park, 10 minutes from the Reņķa garden, 15 minutes from a children’s playground and other tourist destinations. The nearest store is just 100 metres away. There are three types of rooms at Saules Kvartāls – a studio flat for a family, a small room for two, and a two-room studio type flat. All of the apartments have a television set and WIFI, as well as a small kitchen where you can boil water in a kettle. There is also a stove along with kitchen equipment and utensils. All guests have a common use grill with the necessary equipment to use free of charge. There are also garden furnishings, a trampoline for the kids, and a sauna.
	The “Neptuns” restaurant	The restaurant is on the seaside and in the Ķemeri National Park. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Jūrmala and features a teahouse and outdoor terrace during the summer. In only 44 km distance from Riga you can enjoy sea air, pine soughing and great meal. In the restaurent chefs use quality local products. The menu changes every season.
	Restaurant LAUCU AKMENS	The restaurant is situated in Skulte district – 8 km away from Saulkrasti, in the direction of Minhauzen Museum. It is on a steep cliff alongside the sea, with a lovely view of the sea from the summer terrace during sunsets. The restaurant works with local fishermen, and the restaurant’s menu consists mostly of high quality local Baltic sea fish. Latvian cuisine: Cold soup, fish soup, porridge, grey peas with bacon and onions, herring with potatoes and cottage cheese, stacked rye bread, crepes with jam, rhubarb or sea buckthorn sorbet. Special foods: Various fish dishes – bream, pike-perch, perch, plaice, salmon and herring.
	PIENA MUIZA - BERGHOF PIRTIS	The Berghof Milk Estate with saunas. The weekend sauna at the estate offers a country sauna and the holiest type of traditional sauna – the black rock sauna. This is a ritual which takes several hours, with handmade switches, massages, scrubs, rinsing and herbal teas from Sieksāte. The mansion of the estate has a wet sauna, a steam sauna, a basin with a stream and a fireplace. The Rožu Saloon off ers delicious dining, and the Milk Spa allows you to relax in milk baths. 	Jaunpils Handicraft House	The Jaunpils Crafts House opened on May 10, 2015, and it is home to a group of weavers from Jaunpils that was established in 1970, as well as the “Dzīpars” organisation. The group is led by a master weaver, Velga Pavlovska, who is happy to share her knowledge with the 18 women who are part of the group. She organises the work of women who do handicrafts, and she also conducts tours and creative workshops. Visitors can learn about the work of weavers and other master handicraft specialists, take part in educational master classes, go on tours and purchase various souvenirs.
	Murbudu Sidrs Cidery	As the owners say, Mūrbūdu Cider is an Abnormal Cider - here are no traditions, and creativity knows no bounds. Our Story The cidery is located in an ancient stone building in Valka region, next to the ruins of an old Livonian Order castle. Apples Mūrbūdu Cider always strives to do something new and unprecedented, using fruit and berries that are locally sourced from the surrounding area as much as possible. Ciders Experiments with flavours (honey, berries, ginger, and spices) and cider-making methods (aging in oak bourbon barrels, malolactic acid fermentation, fermentation with beer yeast) result in a diverse range of ciders, allowing for the discovery of new and exciting flavours and cider styles. Not all experiments are successful, but the best ones always reach the customers. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with tastings and themed masterclasses led by the owner, as well as the option to create custom programmes. 	Bungalow Niedras	Bungalow Niedras is located in Jūrmala, 1.9 km from Jūrmala Beach. It offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children’s playground, free bicycles and free private parking. The property has a sauna. There is also a fridge, microwave and kettle, barbecue. You can go skiing and hiking in the area. The cosily furnished bungalow allows you to enjoy both the first and the last rays of the sun and the starry sky, as its roof is partially covered with a durable, transparent film. The room has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The bungalow has a toilet and a shower a few steps from the cottage. There are two bungalows, one with a view of the garden with a double bed and the other with a view of the river with two single beds.
	Mini Zoo "Skaistkrasti"	Мини-зоопарк «Скайсткрасты» предлагает возможность познакомиться с разными животными. Здесь живет альпаки, ламы, пони, ослы, бараны, козы, собаки, кролики, павлины, лошади, еноты, суслики, нутрии, зайцы и различные виды уток, гуси, куры, фазаны, голуби. 	The Dzirnavu saloon of the Birini Castle	The saloon is in the park of the Bīriņi Castle alongside a lake. It offers a lovely view from the summer terrace. The saloon is in the old windmill building, with antique objects preserved in the interior. Latvian cuisine: Grey peas with bacon, herring with potatoes, sautéed chicken and potatoes, chanterelle sauce, sautéed cabbage with hunter’s sausages, apple tart.
	A winery at the Tevini homestead	This winery produces wine from fruits and berries from its own garden, as well as from wild fruits and berries – raspberry, apple, gooseberry, blackberry, strawberry, red bilberry, rowanberry, blueberry, red currant, elderberry, shadberry and dandelion wine. The main product is sparkling wine from raspberries that is similar to Champagne. The wines can be tasted at the cosy winery, which has a garden terrace. During the summer, visitors can tour the garden, which is partly landscaped and partly wild. Talk to the owner in advance, and he will prepare a campfire on which you will be able to cook food that you bring with you and enjoy it with the wine. There are also fruit and berry juices for children.
	Agave	Guest house Agave is located in Līgatne region, 6 km from Augšlīgatne, 18 km from Sigulda, 56 km from Riga in a beautiful, quiet and scenic place in the Gauja National Park. Guests are offered comfortable cottages, a beautiful 100 m2 hall (30-40 pers.) TV and music center, a well-equipped kitchen, a sauna with a heated tub and the opportunity to swim in a pond. There is a terrace, a fireplace and a barbecue. Large area for sports and other activities. The guest house is suitable for seminars, collective recreation, celebrations, weddings and family recreation.
	The Marcienas muiza restaurant	1.5 km from the centre of Mārciena, the restaurant offers “old world,” Latvian and Baltic German dishes in a modern way. Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish come from the estate’s gardens and fro local farmers. Latvian cuisine: Roast pork with sauerkraut, new potatoes with chanterelles sauce, sautéed rabbit leg with pearl barley risotto.
	Forest retreat "Baldone"	The “Baldone Sauna for Friends” weekend house offers families, couples, good friends and small groups rooms for leisure amidst a mighty forest of beautiful fir and pine trees during the summer and the winter. Fans of sauna rituals can enjoy a sauna according to the Latvian style, with aromatic herbal teas, a salt or coffee scrub, and a bucket of cold water for contrast. Outside is a tub of hot water for leisure and conversations during which the tops of the pine trees, the moon and the stars can be watched. Guests have access to a large living room with a fireplace and a well-appointed kitchenette. There are four bedrooms – a yellow one with six single beds and a double bed, a lavatory and a shower; as well as violet, reddish and green rooms with double beds that share a lavatory and a shower. There is room for as many as 18 people in all.
	Licisi	Biological Goat Farm “Līcīši” is an organic goat farm located in the municipality of Jelgava, surrounded by forests and the scenic Misa River. Established in 1992, it is one of the first and still among the largest goat farms and goat dairy producers in Latvia. Cheese and Dairy Products Feta-style goat cheese: Fresh Līcīši Goat Cheese Aged Līcīši Goat Cheese Aged Līcīši Goat Cheese in Oil Soft goat cheese: Līcīši Soft Goat Cheese, available plain or with herbs and spices. This cheese is especially popular among restaurants, which order it both as a cream cheese and as a base for cheese balls. The farm also produces smoked and fresh cheeses. Other dairy products: Pasteurised goat milk Goat milk kefir “Pienenīte” (“Dandelion”) How the Cheese Is Made The farm uses a modern goat milking parlour equipped with a ramp and milking machines for 12 goats at a time. After milking, the milk is immediately transferred to a cooling system and rapidly chilled to ensure high quality, freshness, and excellent flavour in the cheese production. Due to the natural cycle of goat farming, production follows a seasonal rhythm. For Visitors The farm welcomes families, school groups, and tourists. Visitors can meet more than 70 goats and billy goats, as well as chickens and the traditional Latvian Blue Cow breed. Guests can also take a look at the goat milk processing facility from the outside and enjoy a tasting experience, sampling goat milk, kefir, and a variety of cheeses. Farm-made products are available for purchase on-site. In addition, the farm offers consultations, workshops, and events. Visitors can also enjoy a picnic area, camping spots, and a sauna. 	Brantu manor	Brantu manor is located in Smiltene county, Brantu parish. The manor was built in the 19th century, currently it is managed by Ilze Briede, who is a well-known bread baker in Latvia, and Nauris Zutis - the owner of "Pirts skola" ("Sauna school"). The manor offers workshops with hostesses, excursions, Latvian traditional meals and "Pirts skola" workshop, which includes visit to the sauna, herbal ABC, herbal scrub, tea workshops and "Pirtsslota" ("Bath broom") workshop. Brantu manor also offers various camps for the whole family, to learn about the Latvian way of life and perception of the world.
	More museum	The Museum is situated in the place, where during the times of World War II the battles between the soldiers of Latvian and Soviet armies took place.The main subject of the museum is the history of Latvians during World War II and the battle of More. On the second floor of the museum the guide will tell you about the history of crafts and will show you the exhibition of household objects. Every year there are new exhibitions of the local craftsmen’s products . The visitors can buy souvenirs, jewellery and other crafts and goods.
