	The Latgale beer farm "Kolnasata"	The slogan for this farm is “Here we produce real Latgale beer!” You can help to brew beer, listen to stories about traditions, and taste the finished products. The owner also offers country goodies as snacks – ones which are based on Lettigalian traditions.
	Sabiles Sidrs Cidery	Sabile ciders are crafted from natural apple juice using traditional cider-making methods. Our Story The owners of Sabile Cidery are the Circenis family – Baiba and Aldis. The idea of the cidery came from both tending the family orchard near Sabile, where old, majestic apple trees grow, and from learning about cider culture and production traditions in England and France. Apples The apples used for cider-making are grown in the orchards of Kurzeme – both dessert apples and specially selected varieties suitable for cider production. Ciders Sabile's ciders are intense, yet fresh and sparkling, with or without additional flavours. Two brands of cider are produced: Sabiles Cider and Gardener's. There are also mulled ciders and cider cocktails available. Sabile's ciders have won awards at international competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, and Riga. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with stories about cider-making in Sabile, as well as tastings at the Sabile's Cider House. 	Kolekcijas darzs "ROZITES"	The “Rozītes” rose garden is found in the Sēme Parish in Kurzeme, and it covers a bit less than 3 hectares. There are more than 3,000 rose plants in the garden with 300 different varieties. There are also perennials and rare trees in the garden. Visitors will enjoy three lovely ponds which have fish in them, but they are meant more for beauty and relaxation. You can watch the fish from the terrace, walk across a flower island, and go to our amphitheatre to listen to relaxing music. On a hot summer day, visit the “water rock” to hear the bubbling sound of the surrounding water. Daila and Bruno Trubiņš will be happy to give you a tour of the garden and tell you all about the plants and how to care for them. You can purchase rose and perennial plants. Each June we organise a Rose Festival with an extensive programme for adults and children alike. Visitors are welcome to taste rose jam and drinks made of rose petals. We can host seminars, concerts, weddings and photo sessions. The garden is open from May until the end of September, and we particularly welcome visitors when the flowers are in full bloom. 	SENLICI	Senlīči offers a pleasant stay in the hotel, surrounded by a country apple orchard and the meadows of the Vircava River, in 10 modernly equipped, well-equipped rooms, designed to satisfy the various requirements of various customer groups. For hotel visitors we offer illuminated walking trails, parking (free of charge), as well as car trailer connection and electric car charging points. There is also a large car park. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or enjoy freshly baked pastry snacks for a separate fee in the nearby cafe - restaurant "Zemnieka cienasts" from 8.00-20.00 Guests have access to the nearby bathing places on the banks of the Vircava River, the excursion boat "Frīda", a boat, and for children - the amusement park "Līču" Ganības ".
	Atputas vieta "Ennes"	Rest place by the lake in Allaži parish, "Kristeri". It is an equipped place by the lake, with places for rest and tents, the beach. Possibility to fish, rent sup boards, sun loungers and other entertainment.
	The Dzintarlaci farm	Beginning in late August, you can pick and taste your own sea buckthorn berries and purchase healthy juices made from them. Between late April and early June, you can tour a collection of tulips (more than 200 different types) and purchase their bulbs.
	LEISURE COMPLEX "BRIVKALNI"	Holiday complex and holiday houses in Vidzeme near Bērzkrogs. "BrīvKalni" is a suitable place for celebrations, accommodation or rest. During the warm season (April - October), the recreation complex has the opportunity to celebrate in the banquet hall for up to 50 people, celebrate family holidays in the gazebo with live fire, hold seminars and cohesive / sports games, spend the night in one of the 10 holiday homes, enjoy a sauna ritual on the island and walk through the large ~ 25 ha territory of the recreation complex, enjoying the landscape of Vidzeme. Tent sites are also available. There is an Owl Trail in the area, which is suitable for mothers with babies and people in wheelchairs. There are 20 owl sculptures on the trail.
	Cafe Alida	Aromatic coffee is produced here from chicory and on the basis of ancient recipes from grandma Alīda. All of the ingredients come from surrounding fields and forests. Roasted chicory coffee PAULĪNE (rye, chicory, carrots, acorns); roasted rye, chicory, and hemp coffee SĒLIJA (rye, chicory, carrots, hemp leaves); rye malt, chicory, and hop coffee VIESĪTE (rye malt grains, chicory, hops). Produce can be purchased.The owner will offer you a tour, during which you will be able to taste and buy her coffee.
	Viesu nams Saulgriezes	The Saulgriezes guesthouse is near Bernāte with 10 flats of different types and sizes. There is a pine forest near the guesthouse, and the beach is 500 m away. Guests have access to a playground for children, as well as a place for campfires. The flats are appropriate for families with children, business trips, or leisure alone, as a couple or with a group of friends. All of the flats have sleeping areas with bed linens, a leisure zone, a dining area and a kitchen where light meals can be prepared. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, an electric tea kettle, an oven surface, dishes and utensils. Guests also have access to a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, slippers, towels, lavatory items and hygienic items. There are televisions in the flats, along with free WIFI and a private parking spot for cars. The territory also has a sauna with a leisure area, as well as a banquet room for approximately 60 guests.
	Kempings ''Muiznieki''	This well-appointed campsite is on the shore of Lake Usma and in a lovely and neat forested area. Come and relax in heated huts which accommodate six people with all modern conveniences. The guesthouse has a fireplace hall, a sauna, and four rooms to spend the night in. You can take a countryside sauna and rent a jacuzzi. The venue has a volleyball court and a basketball hoop. You can rent rowboats, motorboats, canoes, catamarans and SUP boards. A ferry called “Ņiprais” offers rides around Lake Usma. There’s a playground for children, good places for tents, and very good places for fishing, berry-picking and mushroom hunting. The campsite is in an advantageous place in that several towns in Kurzeme are nearby.
	The “Meza Salas” tourism and leisure facility	The venue is located in the forest, with a set of ponds that very much bring the landscape back to life. It offers Latvian dishes and culinary seminars for those who are interested. Some dishes are cooked on large pans on a campfire or smoked or grilled. Latvian cuisine: Hot or cold tomato soup, salmon in a honey marinade, honey buns (baked on a campfire), various pancakes, country torte from biological and local ingredients. Special foods: Whipped rye flour dessert.
	Karklu Osta	“Kārkļu osta” is a family campsite on the banks of the Daugava River 4.5 km from the Koknese castle ruins. There are 10 ha of land for private events, sports events, consolidation events, camping and master classes. There is unhurried relaxation for family members or friends. A large (6x12m) tent is available for events on the banks of the river. It can accommodate between 40 and 60 people. There are also two leisure huts with four beds in each of them. There is space for picnics, tents and trailers, with a lean-to with a table, a grill and a place for a campfire available, as well. There is electricity, fresh water, lavatories and a shower. Should you wish to go fishing or rowing, we have three Amber 365 bots that you can rent with a Honda 2.5hp gas engine. SUP boards are available, and the campsite has a football pitch, a volleyball area and a novus table.

	SKRUNDA MANOR restaurant	Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. The manor restaurant uses products grown in Latvia and produced by local farmers, offering its guests to taste original local dishes, such as carp croquettes with homemade rhubarb mayonnaise, pork belly with birch leaf syrup and celery, and a selection of ice cream made in the manor.

	Abava Winery	Abavas Winery, located near Tukums, invites you to taste Latvian fruit and berry wines, ciders, a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as spirits. History The inspiration to establish the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, when they visited some of Europe’s oldest wineries. Over the years, it has grown into the largest and most renowned winery in Latvia. Grapes Near Sabile, the winery cultivates a 4-hectare vineyard – the largest commercial vineyard in Latvia and one of the northernmost in the world. The harvested grapes are used to produce award-winning wines. Apples At the 4-hectare apple orchard next to the winery in Tukums grow apple trees that were planted during Soviet times and represent the industrial varieties of that period. Meanwhile, a certified organic apple orchard has been established near Sabile. From the harvest, excellent and award-winning alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are crafted. For Visitors The owners warmly invite guests to visit the winery, learn its story, and enjoy a tasting of various drinks. For groups, snack platters can be pre-ordered. The winery also offers spaces for events – seminars, parties, and corporate gatherings. 	Medieval pub in JAUNPILS CASTLE	Meals are served in the ancient dining room of the knights under the vaulted ceiling, with candlelight and medieval music. Use wooden spoons or your hands to enjoy the same kind of feast that was enjoyed in the past by barons, monks and servants. Latvian cuisine: Lentil soup with meatballs, beer soup, apple soup with raisins, peas with hemp, potted sautéed meat with caraway seeds, chanterelles in cream sauce, hunter’s sausage with cabbage, roast loin of pork, blood sausage, roast leg of duck with lingonberry sauce, stream trout, homemade cottage cheese with strawberries, plum dessert with whipped cream. Special foods: “Castle Walls with Guards”: Beer-roasted pork ribs with sauerkraut.
	The “Putelkrogs” café	This family-run café is on the edge of the Jelgava-Tērvete road, at the historic Pūteļi dairy processing plant. Latvian cuisine: Goat’s cheese, cold beet soup, grey peas with bacon, herring with potatoes and cottage cheese, roast pork, veal with wild mushroom sauce, pork roast in heather honey, crepes with heather honey, rye bread, birch juice, cranberry beverage, vodka, local beers. Special foods: Zeppelins a la Pūteļkrogs, served with wild mushroom sauce, chicken filet stuffed with tomatoes, goat’s cheese and dried tomatoes.
