	Kolekcijas darzs "ROZITES"	The “Rozītes” rose garden is found in the Sēme Parish in Kurzeme, and it covers a bit less than 3 hectares. There are more than 3,000 rose plants in the garden with 300 different varieties. There are also perennials and rare trees in the garden. Visitors will enjoy three lovely ponds which have fish in them, but they are meant more for beauty and relaxation. You can watch the fish from the terrace, walk across a flower island, and go to our amphitheatre to listen to relaxing music. On a hot summer day, visit the “water rock” to hear the bubbling sound of the surrounding water. Daila and Bruno Trubiņš will be happy to give you a tour of the garden and tell you all about the plants and how to care for them. You can purchase rose and perennial plants. Each June we organise a Rose Festival with an extensive programme for adults and children alike. Visitors are welcome to taste rose jam and drinks made of rose petals. We can host seminars, concerts, weddings and photo sessions. The garden is open from May until the end of September, and we particularly welcome visitors when the flowers are in full bloom. 	Glempings Dabas Zirgi	Zirgu un cilvēku labsajūtas centrs "Dabas zirgi" atrodas Pierīgā, vēsturiskajā Mežinieku apkaimē. 	Pincikajas	“Pincikājas” offers a sauna and a place for leisure in a lovely place on the banks of Lake Sudals. A certified masseur and sauna master is on hand to organise sauna-related rituals. You will relax in the jacuzzi that is outside the sauna, or go swimming in the lake. Enjoy a period of leisure or take part in sports, camping or parties for your team at work. There are accommodations for up to 11 people on the mansard floor of the main building. Boats and SUP boards are available to rent. There is space for tenting and room for parties with up to 30 participants. There is a place for swimming, as well as a playground for children.
	The Berghof dairy estate	The granary and cheese-making facility of the former Sieksāte (Berghof) Estate now house a museum (since 1985) which tracks the route of milk from the cow to the finished product. You can try your hand at milking cows and churning butter, and then you can taste what you have created. There is also a garden of fallow deer.
	Dvietes istais lauku saldejums	The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common. The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands. Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made.
	PILSKROGS	Ēdole Castle is a unique historical building, as it is the only castle of the Bishopric of Courland that is still inhabited. The “Pilskrogs” café of Ēdole Castle offers a variety of original dishes, giving preference to ingredients purchased from local farmers and producers, as well as mushroom and berry pickers during the season.
	Glempings suitu seta "Eglenieki"	The opening of the folk tradition season in lively Alsunga! Stay at the centre of the administrative district of the noble suiti people, with glamping available at Eglenieki. Spend the night in a tent that is out in nature and just 15 km from the sea. The location is sufficiently remote to enjoy the presence of the environment. The glamping offers what’s necessary to spend the night so close to nature. A coffee machine, a grill, kitchen appliances and, particularly, a comfortable bed for two … just like at home! Guests at Eglenieki are welcome to visit the owner’s teahouse, Sapņotava, where the ceremonies of Latvian tea drinking can be enjoyed. You’ll learn about the medicinal characteristics of teas and make friends with the local community of friends. Order breakfast and dinner, and you’ll be able to rid yourself from the hurries of your everyday life.
	Mr. Plume Cidery	Mr Plūme Cidery crafts cider from select apple varieties grown in their own orchard and foraged from the wild, as well as perry made from carefully chosen pears. Our Story Māris and Dace Plūme have been crafting cider since 2010, drawing on experience gained in top cider houses in France and Austria and experimenting with various cider and winemaking methods. Apples Their 1.5-hectare orchard is home to rare and aromatic dessert apple varieties, the latest apple hybrids, and select pear varieties from Austria, England, and local sources, all cultivated for perry production. Each autumn, the owners embark on “apple safaris,” searching for interesting wild apple trees from which they gather fruit, adding the best to their collection. The orchard also includes unique apple and pear varieties discovered by the owners, such as ‘Pāvilosta Cider Apple,’ ‘Kaibala Bitter,’ ‘Aizpute Pear,’ and others. Ciders They produce both naturally sparkling and still apple ciders, using wild fermentation (without adding yeast) or different types of yeasts. They also make premium ciders from one to four select apple or pear varieties from their orchard, which showcase the distinct ‘terroir’ of the farm. Mr Plūme ciders have won awards at cider competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, Madeira, as well as in Baltic and Nordic competitions. For Visitors Visitors can enjoy tours of the orchard and cidery, including tastings and stories about the cider-making process. With prior arrangement, an instrumental guitar performance by musician and owner Māris Plūme is also available. 	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Lauskis cider is crafted from organically grown apples in a nearly century-old apple orchard. Our Story The Lauskis winery and cidery was established in 2019. The ciders and fruit wines are produced in the 300-year-old vaulted cellars of Krape Manor, located in the parish of Lēdmane. The owner, Vents Grīnbaums, named the winery in honour of his great-grandfather Vilis Lausks, a well-known Latvian fruit grower and teacher at the Bulduri Horticultural School. Apples The apple harvest is still gathered from apple trees planted almost 100 years ago. Ciders The cidery produces semi-dry and semi-sweet apple cider, as well as apple-and-chokeberry cider. Lauskis ciders have won awards at the Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) and the international cider competition SISGA in Asturias, Spain. For visitors Visitors are welcome to learn all about cider-making at the manor, sampling ciders and local snacks. 	Atputas parks Laumas	This is a chance to learn about the life of a beekeeper. You’ll be given an appropriate costume to watch bees in their hive, walk down the trail of bees, and climb a tree with the help of a hoist. You can make was candles and buy beekeeping products such as honey, pollen, etc. A café is open during the summer, and there are spots for picnicking. Latvian cuisine: Bean and dumpling soup, pancakes with jam, homemade lemonade, herbal teas. A special dish: “Bukstiņi porridge that is enjoyed by fairies.”
	The Drubazas farm	After viewing the lovely scenes that are a part of the Drubazi nature trail, which runs along the banks of the Ancient Abava River Valley, the owner offers tastings of homemade wine. He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
	The “Maurini” guesthouse	The guest house is located about 6 km from Sigulda. "Mauriņi" was built in such a way that one of the ancient oak trees is visible from each window. Home cooking, using local farmers' products, berries and mushrooms picked in the area, and home-grown vegetables. Cakes and mini pies with a variety of fillings. Latvian cuisine: Wild mushroom sauce, pork’s head soup, potato dumpling milk soup, barley soup, wild mushroom soup, fish soup, potato dumplings with bacon and cream, porridge, stuffed rutabaga, sautéed chicken, wild game, stacked rye bread, bread soup, whipped dessert with berry sauce, crepes, pierogi. Special foods: Mauriņi pastry and more than 80 different types of jam.
	Saules Kvartals	The flats of Saules Kvartāls (Block of Sun) are found in the city centre and at a 15-minute walk from the Ventspils Olympics Centre and the skateboard park, 10 minutes from the Reņķa garden, 15 minutes from a children’s playground and other tourist destinations. The nearest store is just 100 metres away. There are three types of rooms at Saules Kvartāls – a studio flat for a family, a small room for two, and a two-room studio type flat. All of the apartments have a television set and WIFI, as well as a small kitchen where you can boil water in a kettle. There is also a stove along with kitchen equipment and utensils. All guests have a common use grill with the necessary equipment to use free of charge. There are also garden furnishings, a trampoline for the kids, and a sauna.
	The Berzini (Labirinti) farm	The farm grows grains and raps, and organises informational seminars and tours for children and adults. There is a collection of antique tools and dairy processing equipment which can be put to use. An attraction park is available to one and all.
	Sparni	The farmstead "Spārni" is located on the Latvian-Lithuanian border, near the Vadakste river. In summer, there are tent and caravan sites for individual travelers and small groups. Picnic opportunity. Fireplace and grill place. Pond and garden goodies. Animal friendly. There are also birch sap, herbal tea with dandelion honey, fruit / berry kvass tastings, opportunities to participate in farm work. The hosts offer excursions arround Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
	Restorans "Brencis"	The restaurant is situated in the motel Brencis on the 38th km of Riga-Bauska highway.
	LEISURE COMPLEX "BRIVKALNI"	Holiday complex and holiday houses in Vidzeme near Bērzkrogs. "BrīvKalni" is a suitable place for celebrations, accommodation or rest. During the warm season (April - October), the recreation complex has the opportunity to celebrate in the banquet hall for up to 50 people, celebrate family holidays in the gazebo with live fire, hold seminars and cohesive / sports games, spend the night in one of the 10 holiday homes, enjoy a sauna ritual on the island and walk through the large ~ 25 ha territory of the recreation complex, enjoying the landscape of Vidzeme. Tent sites are also available. There is an Owl Trail in the area, which is suitable for mothers with babies and people in wheelchairs. There are 20 owl sculptures on the trail.
	Zilu Peonijas	Zīļu peonijas is a farm where you can get a true sense of how many different types of peonies there are in the world. The garden has more than 800 different kinds, and they will surprise you with their diversity of form and colour. Each visitor will find one which best corresponds to his or her tastes. Flowers are sold to be taken home. The garden is in the Slampe Parish of the Tukums Administrative District.
	Motelis "Aka"	Motel Aka is located 1 km from the town of Kārsava, by the A13 motorway. Large, separate hall for banquets, celebrations. Rooms - on the second floor. Guests are offered 5 rooms with shared shower and toilet. Sauna, billiard room.
	Medieval pub in JAUNPILS CASTLE	Meals are served in the ancient dining room of the knights under the vaulted ceiling, with candlelight and medieval music. Use wooden spoons or your hands to enjoy the same kind of feast that was enjoyed in the past by barons, monks and servants. Latvian cuisine: Lentil soup with meatballs, beer soup, apple soup with raisins, peas with hemp, potted sautéed meat with caraway seeds, chanterelles in cream sauce, hunter’s sausage with cabbage, roast loin of pork, blood sausage, roast leg of duck with lingonberry sauce, stream trout, homemade cottage cheese with strawberries, plum dessert with whipped cream. Special foods: “Castle Walls with Guards”: Beer-roasted pork ribs with sauerkraut.
