	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	The Latgale beer farm "Kolnasata"	The slogan for this farm is “Here we produce real Latgale beer!” You can help to brew beer, listen to stories about traditions, and taste the finished products. The owner also offers country goodies as snacks – ones which are based on Lettigalian traditions.
	Beer brewery Tervete	The Tērvete brewery produces not only beer, but also the thirst-quenching and refreshing kvass drink made from rye malt extract. The brewery was built in 1971. Over time, it has developed and become a modern factory of natural beverages of a high quality. The produce can be purchased on-site.
	Viesu nams "Purgaili"	Viesu nams "Purgaiļi" atrodas skaista meža ielokā Smiltenes novadā. Kompleksa plašā teritorija ir lieliska vieta, kur rīkot dažāda veida pasākumus: kāzas, jubilejas, seminārus, sporta spēles, korporatīvos pasākumus. Var rīkot arī dažāda veida nometnes: sporta, orientēšanās, dejošanas, izklaides utt. Pasākumos var uzņemt līdz 80 personām. Teritorijā ir volejbola, futbola laukumi, basketbola grozs, laukums tautas bumbaim pievilkšanās stieņi, skriešanas aplis, tāllēkšanas laukums, šķūnis nodarbībām un izklaidei, šūpuļtīkli, pirts, kubls un āra baseins. Kompleksa teritorijā ir piecas mājas: Pirts māja līdz 10-15 personām (nakšņošana līdz 8 personām, pirts, kubls, baseins, virtuve) Viesu māja līdz 25 personām (svinību zāle un nakšņošana līdz 15 personām) Brīvdienu māja (nakšņošana līdz 12 personām, virtuve) Lielā māja līdz 80 personām (Svinību zāle un nakšņošana līdz 40 personām, virtuve) Šķūnis (56 gultasvietas un papildvietas 15 -20 personām( matrači)
	Apinu kalte	We offer ancient dishes of Madona region (group catering), culinary master classes (ancient dishes, etc.), use home-grown berries (strawberries, raspberries), etc. agricultural products because they own a farm. 	Sparkling birch sap production plant BIRZI	Birch sap for Labanovski family is a popular drink already for a long time. Sap is tasty when it’s fresh, but in order to maintain its refreshing and valuable qualities, during many years family has developed new recipes. Moving away from the traditional spices, drink was supplemented with mint, which made the sap more refreshing, fresh for a long time and with a pleasant flavor.
	Bauli	The guest house is located near Ventspils, surrounded by meadows and forests, and offers to enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside. The guest house offers accommodation in 7 comfortable and cozy en suite rooms, relaxation in the sauna and a refreshing swim in the pool. There are also 3 camping houses on the territory of the guest house, where you can spend the night in the summer season. Next to the cottages there are comfortable, common toilet and shower rooms. For more active entertainment, there is a volleyball court next to the guest house, which meets all standards, as well as a children's playground, campfire sites and gazebos. The guest house offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Next to the guest house there are two swimming areas - a pond and a small river.
	Sabiles Sidrs Cidery	Sabile ciders are crafted from natural apple juice using traditional cider-making methods. Our Story The owners of Sabile Cidery are the Circenis family – Baiba and Aldis. The idea of the cidery came from both tending the family orchard near Sabile, where old, majestic apple trees grow, and from learning about cider culture and production traditions in England and France. Apples The apples used for cider-making are grown in the orchards of Kurzeme – both dessert apples and specially selected varieties suitable for cider production. Ciders Sabile's ciders are intense, yet fresh and sparkling, with or without additional flavours. Two brands of cider are produced: Sabiles Cider and Gardener's. There are also mulled ciders and cider cocktails available. Sabile's ciders have won awards at international competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, and Riga. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with stories about cider-making in Sabile, as well as tastings at the Sabile's Cider House. 	Kafejnica "Baltais Gulbis"	“Baltais Gulbis” is a café that opened on May 6, 2023. The café offers a meal after a lovely visit to Likteņdārzs (Destiny Garden). The café is next to the meeting house in Koknese and the place where the “Gulbis” yacht stops. Tasty coffee, refreshing drinks, snacks, hearty luncheons, ice cream and other goodies.
	Ligatne Winery	Līgatne Winery is a family business that produces special ciders in the Gauja National Park. Our Story Līgatne Winery is a family business established in 2010 with the aim of producing high-quality, delicious homemade wine from berries and fruits grown in Latvia. For several years now, the company has also been producing cider. Apples The family’s orchard is located in Gauja National Park, where they use autumn and winter apple varieties to create sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. The newer cider apple trees, known for their red flesh, yield a juice that gives the cider a pink hue. Ciders They produce sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. For Visitors Tastings are held by candlelight in the sandstone cave "Lustūzis" in Līgatne, accompanied by stories about the historical Līgatne paper mill village, caves, cliffs, and the traditions of winemaking and cider production. As a snack to pair with the drinks, cheese made from fresh milk from a local farm is offered. 	Kesterciema Peonijas	A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea. The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties. Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now. Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
	The Juri farm	The owners of the farm inherited it. There is a wood house with decorative trim and window shutters. The owners use milk from their own cows to produce cheeses on the basis of old and modern recipes. You can taste the cheese, milk, clotted milk, buttermilk and other dairy products, watch how they are made, and take part in the process yourself. There are also animals to view.
	Brewery VALMIERMUIZAS ALUS	Tourists can learn about the history of the estate and the brewing of beer, beginning with raw materials and ending with finished products. The visit is enriched by tastings of live beer and stories about Latvia’s traditional holiday beverage. Alongside the brewery is a store which sells live beer, homemade goodies and selected souvenirs. The “Valmiermuižas alus virtuve” saloon popularises Latvian beers and uses beer in various dishes. A modern approach to homemade products is used to prepare foods and beer-based snacks. There is a beer garden during the summer, and the saloon merges traditional things with modern ones. Latvian cuisine: Smoked pork, filet of pike from Lake Burtnieks, green pea mash, with loganberries, quince, pumpkin birch juice and mushroom sauce as accompaniments. Special foods: Slice of pork marinated in unfiltered winter beer.
	The “Mammadaba” café	The café is in the Information Centre of the Tērvete Nature Park. It offers appetizers and complex luncheons, as well as baked goods and tortes. Group visits must be booked in advance. The café can serve groups of 10-50 people indoors and 100-200 people outdoors. Latvian cuisine: Sautéed turnips with grits, roast pork with onions, “Forester’s porridge”. Special foods: “Elf’s pocket with wild mushrooms”.
	Griezites Alpakas	The farm offers to see the alpacas up close and even take one for a walk. Find out how the owners shear the alpacas and how they then process the fleece.
	Hemp farm ADZELVIESI	The farm produces hemp from which it produces hemp butter, roughly ground seeds, as well as hemp oil. The granary, which is 101 years old, features antique instruments once used to process hemp fibres. Visitors can taste and purchase delicious products and take an exciting tour which speaks to the history of hemp farming. Latvian cuisine: Rough and fine hemp spread, hemp sandwiches, pressed and toasted hemp crumbs, hemp oil.
	Glempings Janavas	Zemnieku saimniecība “Janavas” var lepoties ar bioloģisko produktu ražotni, kur top jau labi zināmais krēms "Beāte", daudz dažādi ziedūdeņi, zāļu tējas un citi eko produkti. Saimniecības teritoriju lielākoties klāj bioloģiskās pļavas. Agrākā saimniecības ēka ir iekārtota tūristu grupu uzņemšanai, kur iespējams uzzināt par bioloģisko augu ietekmi uz cilvēka veselību un pie reizes arī iegādāties produkciju. Tiek piedāvātas pastaigas pa Daugavas senleju augu pasaulē, atpūtinot prātu un ķermeni no ikdienas un uzzinot par ārstniecības augu nozīmi cilvēka organismā. 	Avarijas brigade / AB park	ABpark is a great place to spend time energetically and creatively for the whole family. It is possible to get to know and take photos with various dinosaurs, while walking along the dinosaur trail, but the Cālis.lv story trail offers you to enjoy the exhibitions of the famous doll artist Vladlena. For more active relaxation, you can experience the virtual reality adventures, take part in laser tag match and ride an electric autodrome or go-karts. But to refresh from the heat, it is possible to have fun in the ERGO inflatable water world or catch the wind in the Twister, EHR Surf, Chain, 360-degree and our other carousels. During the visit, you can enjoy snacks or meals in one of the park's cafes. ABpark souvenirs, which can be purchased at the amusement park souvenir shop, will remind you for a long time about the moments experienced in the park. The entrance ticket includes all attractions throughout the day.
	Cafe Alida	Aromatic coffee is produced here from chicory and on the basis of ancient recipes from grandma Alīda. All of the ingredients come from surrounding fields and forests. Roasted chicory coffee PAULĪNE (rye, chicory, carrots, acorns); roasted rye, chicory, and hemp coffee SĒLIJA (rye, chicory, carrots, hemp leaves); rye malt, chicory, and hop coffee VIESĪTE (rye malt grains, chicory, hops). Produce can be purchased.The owner will offer you a tour, during which you will be able to taste and buy her coffee.
	Zvaigznu aitas	It is possible to see Latvian dark-headed sheep, learn about the specifics of their breeding, lifestyle and sheepmen branch in Latvia. In addition to the sheep, it is possible to see different birds – turkeys, gees, ducks, chicken and pearl chicken. If you plan on watching the animals, leave your own dogs at home. On the farm there is also situated the Star Space observatory where during the ~ two-hour-long visit you will hear simply presented stories about stars, planets and other topics.After the lecture, outside, in fresh air you will be able to put the acquired knowledge to use, by trying to spot some constellations – how to find them, how they look like, etc. After you learn about constellations, you can observe them in the observatory’s powerful telescope which is open to public use.
