The Jakiškiu Estate was first mentioned in documents in the late 16th century. The estate had elements of Classicism in terms of its architecture. Among the buildings, the only ones that have survived are the mansion, an ice cellar and a steam-driven windmill. The estate has not been restored, so it is still authentic. Its artistic soul is preserved by various objects that remain from the time when people lived at the estate and from the Soviet era. Alongside the estate are a few fragments of a park, which covers approximately 2 ha. There is an ancient alley of linden trees that are on both sides of the entrance road, as well as several other valuable types of trees and a small pond. |

The Eversmuiža Estate is in the centre of Cibla and is dominated by a 1680 mansion that was built in the style of Classicism and was rebuilt several times later. There is a home for servants, a gatehouse and ancillary buildings that are in poor shape. A stone wall surrounds the park of the estate. Since the 17th century and for nearly two centuries, the estate belonged to an aristocratic Polish family, after it was owned by various others. Today the mansion houses a boarding school and the Cibla Regional Research Museum, which offers tours. A cultural and historical trail runs along the banks of the Ilža River. |

The 60 km cross-border cycling trail along the Koiva/Gauja River in Estonia and Latvia was completed in 2010. The trail begins at Tellingumäe car park, start and finish points of the trail and the border crossing site are supplied with resting areas and information boards with maps. Signposts are located at crossroads where there may be confusion for cyclists; attractions near the main route are also signposted. Information boards are provided in Estonian, Latvian and English. Tellingumäe car park is also a starting point for an 18-km cycling route. |

The saloon is on the edge of the Rīga-Liepāja highway (A9) at the 22 km road marker. Most of the dishes are based on ingredients from the forest. This is not a well known castle hill, but it offers one of the most unusual views of Lake Lielezers of Augstroze. There are ruins on the castle hill, and a short hiking trail has been installed to look at them. This is part of the ZBR.

At the Aizkraukle Lutheran church along the upper part of the shores of the ancient Daugava River valley, there is a bit of an old road from which one of the most beautiful views of the central section of the river can be seen, particularly when the trees are bare. Approximately one kilometre to the North-west is the Aizkraukle castle hill, which offers a no less impressive view.

The ceramics workshop was opened in 1980, and red clay from Latvia is issued to produce various dishes and interior design objects. This is one of the most interesting protected territories in the city of Rīga, and its aim is to protect coastline biotopes – dune and coastal meadows and the birds and plants which are found there (among them, 29% of the species of orchids). There is a marked information trail with a bird-watching tower. This is the only outdoor viewing tower in Latvia that has been adapted for the needs of people in wheelchairs.
