	Dvietes istais lauku saldejums	The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common. The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands. Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made.
	Spilves winery	The small winery of the holiday house "Spilve" offers to buy and taste grape wines and distillates. The unique products are made from home-grown grapes, apples, rhubarb and honey. During the warmer months, guests are welcome to take an excursion through the vineyards. The cozy outdoor terrace offers wine tasting with snacks, small visitors and drivers with fruit juices! 	Stadu audzetava "Crataegus"	Stādu audzētavas 'Crataegus' dārzs plešas 1,3 hektāru platībā un ar laiku ir kļuvis par īstu augu kolekcijas dārzu, kurā sastopami neparasti un interesanti stādījumi. Tā pamatā ir ilgtspējīgas un videi draudzīgas dārzkopības princips, radot pašpietiekamu un harmonisku vidi. Dārzā aug apmēram 2500 dažādu augu sugu, un katrs tā stūrītis ir veidots tā, lai priecētu acis, sirdi un dvēseli. Tas mainās līdz ar gadalaikiem, piedāvājot ko īpašu jebkurā sezonā – pat ziemā tas spēj pārsteigt ar savu skaistumu. Papildus dekoratīvajiem augiem šeit tiek audzētas arī krūmmellenes, un sezonā ir iespēja baudīt svaigas ogas. Laika gaitā dārzs ir attīstījies, un līdzās tam izveidota arī neliela stādu audzētava.
	Avarijas brigade / AB park	ABpark is a great place to spend time energetically and creatively for the whole family. Large and small adventure seekers are welcomed to enjoy more than 30 attractions in the Baltic's largest amusement park. It is possible to get to know and take photos with various dinosaurs, while walking along the dinosaur trail, but the Cālis.lv story trail offers you to enjoy the exhibitions of the famous doll artist Vladlena. For more active relaxation, you can experience the virtual reality adventures, take part in laser tag match and ride an electric autodrome or go-karts. But to refresh from the heat, it is possible to have fun in the ERGO inflatable water world or catch the wind in the Twister, EHR Surf, Chain, 360-degree and our other carousels. During the visit, you can enjoy snacks or meals in one of the park's cafes. ABpark souvenirs, which can be purchased at the amusement park souvenir shop, will remind you for a long time about the moments experienced in the park. 	Zilver Beverages	Zilver beverages come from the Zilver family country house in Sigulda. Our Story Initially, the cider makers produced cider for their own needs, using the harvest from their apple orchard. The family business’s main products are fruit and berry wines. Cider became a favourite drink of the Zilver family, especially in the summer. Its taste and quality were also appreciated by family friends and clients, which led the family to expand cider production. Apples The farm’s apple orchard has around 80 different apple varieties, some of which are specifically selected for cider-making. Ciders Zilver produces Quince Semi-Sweet Cider and Wild Apple Cider. For Visitors Guests are offered a tour of the production facility, as well as cider and wine tastings with snacks. During the summer season, visitors can observe the "captured apples" – apples grown directly in bottles and later infused with apple brandy. Where to Buy Zilver ciders can be purchased by visiting the drink production facility.
	Rural Homestead of Janis Sicans	By the beekeeping farm “Kalniņi” there is a Bee Hut – small wooden house in which you can feel the presence of bees. The hives with seven bee families are built-in the sides of the Bee Hut, but inside the building they are designed as beds or seats. When looking at the building from the outside you can see the bee runs and also bees themselves. In addition, “Kalniņi” also offer different types of bee products – honey, pollen bread, beautiful and aromatic wax candles. It is possible to taste beekeeping products and enjoy a cap of warm tea. Families with kids can participate in educational workshops, learn how to make wax candles and gain information about the daily life in the beekeeping farm. Since summer 2018 everyone can also visit the House of Crafts, where you can participate in different activities such as Encaustic painting (also known as hot wax painting), create wooden souvenirs with burnt folk signs as well as create wax candles etc. The House of Crafts offers different itineraries for grownups, kids, youngsters and newlyweds. There you can also purchase the offered products - various flower honey, pollen, pollen bread, propolis, cell honey and wax candles.
	Forest retreat "Baldone"	The “Baldone Sauna for Friends” weekend house offers families, couples, good friends and small groups rooms for leisure amidst a mighty forest of beautiful fir and pine trees during the summer and the winter. Fans of sauna rituals can enjoy a sauna according to the Latvian style, with aromatic herbal teas, a salt or coffee scrub, and a bucket of cold water for contrast. Outside is a tub of hot water for leisure and conversations during which the tops of the pine trees, the moon and the stars can be watched. Guests have access to a large living room with a fireplace and a well-appointed kitchenette. There are four bedrooms – a yellow one with six single beds and a double bed, a lavatory and a shower; as well as violet, reddish and green rooms with double beds that share a lavatory and a shower. There is room for as many as 18 people in all.
	The Osenieki biological farm	This biological farm (Bio 05-049-2008) grows berries such as strawberries and summer and autumn raspberries, as well as vegetables and grains. Visitors can pick and eat berries and look at the garden. The owners also breed cattle and have a store at which biological vegetables and fruits from the farm itself and from others can be bought. During the hay season during the summer visitors can spend the night in bales of hay.
	PIENA MUIZA - BERGHOF PIRTIS	The Berghof Milk Estate with saunas. The weekend sauna at the estate offers a country sauna and the holiest type of traditional sauna – the black rock sauna. This is a ritual which takes several hours, with handmade switches, massages, scrubs, rinsing and herbal teas from Sieksāte. The mansion of the estate has a wet sauna, a steam sauna, a basin with a stream and a fireplace. The Rožu Saloon off ers delicious dining, and the Milk Spa allows you to relax in milk baths. 	Jaunparkas	“Jaunparkas” atrodas Zaļenieku pagastā, skaistā un ainaviskā vietā blakus Zaļās muižas parkam un Zaļenieku šūpoļparkam. Saimniecība nodarbojas ar biškopību un augļkopību. Apskates saimniecība piedāvā: ekskursiju pa saimniecību un stāstu par biškopību; medus un bišu produktu degustāciju; bišu gultas namiņa pakalpojumus; vaska sveču liešanas un vaska drāniņu meistarklases. 	The “Putelkrogs” café	This family-run café is on the edge of the Jelgava-Tērvete road, at the historic Pūteļi dairy processing plant. Latvian cuisine: Goat’s cheese, cold beet soup, grey peas with bacon, herring with potatoes and cottage cheese, roast pork, veal with wild mushroom sauce, pork roast in heather honey, crepes with heather honey, rye bread, birch juice, cranberry beverage, vodka, local beers. Special foods: Zeppelins a la Pūteļkrogs, served with wild mushroom sauce, chicken filet stuffed with tomatoes, goat’s cheese and dried tomatoes.
	Herbal teas and honey TURAIDAS	This farm produces herbal teas and satchels of tea from lemon balm, raspberries, tansy, lady's mantles, plantago and linden blossoms as souvenirs and gifts, as well as honey from local hives. The lady of the house will be happy to tell you about life in the countryside and take you on an educational tour featuring medicinal plants, beekeeping and fence buildings. She will also offer tastings of products from the farm. It has a biological farming certificate, so much attention is focused on the popularisation of a healthy lifestyle. Clients can purchase teas made of raspberries, blackberries, linden blossoms, meadowsweet, yarrow, birch leaves, white nettles, etc.
	The “Rozu krodzins” saloon of the Piena Estate	The saloon is in the restored mansion of the Sieksāte (Berghof) Estate, and there is a milk museum in the granary and the cheese-making building. Guests can try their hand at milking cows and at churning and tasting fresh butter. Latvian cuisine: Rye bread, herring with cottage cheese, milk soup, boiled potatoes a la countryside with chives, sliced venison, pike-perch in cream, plaice with peas, potato pancakes with lingonberry jam. Special foods: Piena Estate cheesecake, homemade egg liqueur.
	Makskeresana un atputa pie dika "Vectautas"	About 20 minutes by car from Sigulda, this is a venue that offers you a chance to go fishing in a pond that covers 3 ha and offers every opportunity for relaxation. You can rent a boat, and during the winter you can go ice fishing. Next to the pond is a two-story house with a kitchen and an opportunity to spend the night as long as you bring your own mattress. There are three rooms on the lower and three on the higher floor of the building. Next to the house is a lean-to, and there is a pergola not far from the pond. The More War Museum is a bit more than half a kilometre away. Also nearby is the Safari Park.
	Film city Cinevilla	The biggest and the most impressive public decoration in the open air which was originally built in 2004 as the set for the film „The guards of Riga”and later as the set for the film directed by J.Streich „Rudolf’s inheritance”. Here you will also find the weapon museum Arsenal (contains weapons of different periods, uniforms and household goods), as well as the bakery "Laci".
	Bauli	The guest house is located near Ventspils, surrounded by meadows and forests, and offers to enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside. The guest house offers accommodation in 7 comfortable and cozy en suite rooms, relaxation in the sauna and a refreshing swim in the pool. There are also 3 camping houses on the territory of the guest house, where you can spend the night in the summer season. Next to the cottages there are comfortable, common toilet and shower rooms. For more active entertainment, there is a volleyball court next to the guest house, which meets all standards, as well as a children's playground, campfire sites and gazebos. 	Live Museum “The story of Ancient Kuldiga”	The tour at the “living Museum” is like a walk through history. Here, accompanied by a guide, it is possible to learn in interactive form about events during various periods in Kuldiga – about prison sentences, about Duke Jacob's ships, trade plans, about the glory and misery of Kuldiga. With the help of holograms, sound effects and other interactive elements, there is an opportunity to travel back in time and survive the sides of the history page full of joy, fear, horror and success.
	Murbudu Sidrs Cidery	As the owners say, Mūrbūdu Cider is an Abnormal Cider - here are no traditions, and creativity knows no bounds. Our Story The cidery is located in an ancient stone building in Valka region, next to the ruins of an old Livonian Order castle. Apples Mūrbūdu Cider always strives to do something new and unprecedented, using fruit and berries that are locally sourced from the surrounding area as much as possible. Ciders Experiments with flavours (honey, berries, ginger, and spices) and cider-making methods (aging in oak bourbon barrels, malolactic acid fermentation, fermentation with beer yeast) result in a diverse range of ciders, allowing for the discovery of new and exciting flavours and cider styles. Not all experiments are successful, but the best ones always reach the customers. 	Glempings suitu seta "Eglenieki"	The opening of the folk tradition season in lively Alsunga!
