The cheese is made using traditional methods and crafted by hand. Cheeses: Fresh, soft cheeses made from raw milk, Senču cheese, sweet cheese balls in berry jellies, and freeze-dried cheese. Other products: yoghurts from natural ingredients, with only a small amount of added sugar.
