How the Cheese Is Made
The cheeses are made using goat’s milk produced on the farm. Some of the soft cheeses are smoked, following tried-and-tested recipes and maintaining high standards of quality.
For Visitors
Visitors can see the herd and learn more about goat farming, the animals’ daily life and their welfare. Tours end at the farm’s tasting hut, where guests can sample a selection of its products, including cheese, ice cream and goat’s meat.
