On August 24, an unprecedented event will take place in Suiti, Alsunga, Jūrkalne, Gudenieki and Basi - "Home Cafe Day in Suiti" , where locals will open their homes to visitors for one day only and treat them to home-cooked dishes.
Home Cafe Day is taking place in Latvia for the second time - the first such event took place on the Livonian Coast at the beginning of June this year, but the idea of the event itself was borrowed from Estonia, where such home cafe days are held annually in various regions.

Tips before you go!

► Carefully research the location of each "home cafe". To make it easier to find them, look for a special sign to "Suitu home cafe" near houses and their driveways.

► It is advisable to register your arrival in advance. If you register in time - you will benefit both yourself and make the work of the hosts easier, who will have an easier time planning the course of the day and the necessary quantities of products to prepare your meals! Please be responsible travelers!

► Please note that prior registration is MANDATORY for groups of 10 or more people !

► Payments will be made ONLY in cash , take care of it in time! If you forget your cash - good luck negotiating other payment methods! :)
