A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

Villa Lakstigalas

Holiday house Villa Lakstīgalas with a recreation complex in Skriveri. The holiday home is suitable for rest, relaxation and lazy moments with family or friends, beds are for up to 5 people both downstairs and on the loft floor. The cottage is located in a completely enclosed private area and is equipped with everything you need for comfort and well-being.

In the territory there is a house, a heating bubble bath on the terrace of the house, 100 m from the house there is a sauna by the pond, as well as a large lighted fireplace. There is a large children’s playground in the area. In addition, there is a second large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, where you can hold anniversaries, master classes, or some larger private events, where more people get together.

For active recreation, the owners offer to rent 6 electric fat bikes, with which you can ride effortlessly on off-road or in various terrains, where you can enjoy the surroundings and nature. They also have helmets of different sizes and 2 extra child seats.

Country hotel Kārļa muiža is located in the countryside of the Amata river valley with beautiful landscapes and in the Gauja National park. Hotel offers 9 specially equipped suites with private atmosphere – with one or two bedrooms. “Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.

This is a new guesthouse and campsite 800 m from the sea at Košrags.  We offer four bedrooms, a separate bedroom with all the conveniences, and a kitchen with a separate entrance.  There are two new and well-appointed weekend cottages for four people with all conveniences and a kitchen corner.  The campsite has six cottages, room for tents, and three connections for campers.  There is a service building with showers and WC, and we also have a sauna.
