Cottages

A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

"Paijas" ir ģimenes māja, kas izveidota atpūtai pie jūras, klusuma un vienatnes izbaudīšanai, kā arī īpašiem brīžiem draugu vai ģimenes lokā. Māja paredzēta līdz 6 viesiem. Ēkas pirmajā stāvā ir WC, plaša virtuves un ēdamgalda zona, kas savienojas ar mājīgu dzīvojamo istabu. Vēsos vakaros siltumu dod kamīns. Otrajā stāvā divas guļamistabas un dušas telpa ar tualeti. "Paiju klēts" pirmajā stāvā viesu ērtībām izvietota plaša virtuve un dzīvojamā istaba ar kamīnu. Ēkas otrajā stāvā ir 3 guļamistabas un papildus izvelkams dīvāns priekštelpā ar norobežojošu aizkaru. Neliela brokastu virtuve un dušas telpa ar WC. Visiem istabiņu logiem ir moskītu tīkli. Pieejama veļas mašīna un žāvētājs. Ārā pieejams grils, ugunskura vieta, apjomīgs saimes galds un saulaina terase.

Blakus ēkā veselības stiprināšanai laipni lūgti uz pirtiņu, āra ūdens kublu un dīķi spirgtām peldēm. Pludmale sasniedzama pāris minūšu gājienā, lai baudītu jūras peldes, neaizmirstamus saulrietus un saullēktus.

KUKUZES

The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga.  We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond.  Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax.  The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids.  Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed.  There are also cribs for babies.  You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts.

We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products.  An Internet link and television are both available.  Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond.  During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children.  During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.

Jaunlidumnieki

The holiday house "Jaunlīdumnieki" is located on the steep bank of the Suda River, with beautiful views of the river. The proximity of the river allows you to enjoy a variety of entertainment in the vicinity of the water - swimming in a well-equipped swimming place, fishing, boat rental - kayaks, canoes, SUP board.

A living room with a fireplace and a kitchen corner is on the first floor of the holiday home, on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and 2 pull-out sofas. There is also a sauna with an electric oven in the house, a sauna ritual with an experienced person is offered. There are 2 separate rooms for a toilet and a shower.

The outdoor area has a pleasant garden corner with garden furniture, where you can dine, sunbath or just relax on your own.

There are several interesting sights nearby - Malpils Manor, Mālpils Dairy, Skulmek Homes and Nature trail along Mergupi and a cycle route (36 km), which presents the most popular sights of Malpils region.

Akmeni Nature Resort

The offer of "Akmeni Nature Resort" consists of four special and modern holiday houses on the banks of the Daugava. All cottages are fully equipped with all necessary guest amenities.
