Ein separates Haus mit einem Hof oder einem größeren Gelände, das nur für die Gäste des entsprechenden Ferienhauses vorgesehen ist. In der Regel gibt es in den Ferienhäusern ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Zubehör und mit der Ausrüstung  für die Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten, sowie ein Badezimmer. Tücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis inbegriffen. Die Wirte können auch zusätzliche Dienstleistungen  z.B. Verpflegung, verschiedene Möglichkeiten der aktiven Erholung, Verleih von Ausrüstung, Führungen usw. anbieten.

The self-service apartment "Zaļais namiņš" is located in the city center. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it has one isolated bedroom with a double bed, a living room with access to other sleeping places, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare food and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The holiday house Ezerkalni is situated in a picturesque place in the welt of Lake Raiskums, in the National Park Gauja. The guests are offered to have a rest in the newly built wooden logged house. On the first floor there is a sauna, living room, a massage shower, toilet and kitchen (microwave, electric oven, tea kettle, music player, crockery). On the second floor there is a spacious living room with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony, and there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa.
