	Plaudis.lv	Camping "Plaudis.lv" is located in Vidzeme, in a beautiful place by Plaužu lake. Offers tent sites, boats, SUP boards, catamaran rentals, places for recreation and events. 	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	Abgunstes muiza	Abgunste Manor is an 18th-century Baroque-style building, located a 25-minute drive from Jelgava. Guests are invited to enjoy stories from the manor’s hosts and participate in guided tours. Visitors can participate in various creative workshops, indulge in authentic "edible celebrations," and stay overnight in uniquely designed guest rooms. The manor is a popular venue for full-service celebrations, offering spacious event halls, a picturesque manor park, catering, decorating, and event planning services. The manor’s owners, Asnāte and Jānis Avotnieki purchased the property in 2016 and, together with the "Creative Haven" association, are dedicated to its restoration and development. 	Hanfanbau ADZELVIESI	Auf dem Hof Adzelvieši wird Hanf angebaut, aus dessen Samen Hanfbutter und grob gemahlene Zukost hergestellt wird. An der Kornkammer (101 Jahre alt) sind alte Werkzeuge der Hanffaserbearbeitung ausgestellt. Hier kann man leckere Produkte verkosten und kaufen, sowie eine spannende Reise in die Geschichte der Hanfzüchtung unternehmen. Der gewöhnliche Hanf ist eine alte Kulturpflanze in Lettland, die hier seit mehr als 1000 Jahren angebaut wird. Lettische Küche: Grob und fein gemahlene Zukost aus Hanf, Hanfbrötchen, zerdrückte und geröstete Hanfbröckchen, Hanföl.
	Kolekcijas darzs "ROZITES"	The “Rozītes” rose garden is found in the Sēme Parish in Kurzeme, and it covers a bit less than 3 hectares. There are more than 3,000 rose plants in the garden with 300 different varieties. There are also perennials and rare trees in the garden. Visitors will enjoy three lovely ponds which have fish in them, but they are meant more for beauty and relaxation. You can watch the fish from the terrace, walk across a flower island, and go to our amphitheatre to listen to relaxing music. On a hot summer day, visit the “water rock” to hear the bubbling sound of the surrounding water. Daila and Bruno Trubiņš will be happy to give you a tour of the garden and tell you all about the plants and how to care for them. You can purchase rose and perennial plants. Each June we organise a Rose Festival with an extensive programme for adults and children alike. Visitors are welcome to taste rose jam and drinks made of rose petals. We can host seminars, concerts, weddings and photo sessions. The garden is open from May until the end of September, and we particularly welcome visitors when the flowers are in full bloom. 	Aldara alus darbnica	"Aldara alus darbnīca" ir modernākais alus muzejs Baltijas valstīs un pirmais Latvijā. Alus muzejs atrodas vēsturiskajā Aldara kvartālā – Sarkandaugavā. Pēc vērienīgas rekonstrukcijas, vēsturiskās ēkas atjaunošanas un alus ekspozīcijas izveides, muzejs savas durvis vēra 2015. gada maijā. Muzejs izvietots trijos stāvos 800 kvadrātmetru platībā. Muzeja interjerā ir akcentētas vēsturiskās liecības, tā lepnums ir autentiskā alus vārītavas zāle, kas neskarta saglabāta kopš 1938. gada. Tās senie alus vārīšanas vara katli ir retums, kas saglabājušies līdz pat mūsdienām. Izmantojot jaunākās tehnoloģijas, senajos vārīšanas katlos interaktīvā veidā ir iespējams izpētīt četru galveno alus sastāvdaļu – ūdens, apiņu, iesala un rauga – burvību. Alus muzejs "Aldara alus darbnīca" labi papildina ēkas otrajā spārnā izvietoto alus darītavu, kas ikdienā brūvē pašas izsmalcinātākās Aldara alus šķirnes. Aldara alus darbnīcas viesiem ir iespēja izzināt Latvijā un citviet pasaulē brūvēto alus šķirņu dažādību un šarmu, iepazīties ar alus brūvēšanas noslēpumiem, kā arī pašiem nogaršot dažādus alus veidus. Tiek arī piedāvātas telpas dažādiem pasākumiem - konferencēm, semināriem, svinībām un saviesīgiem vakariem.
	Restaurant des Hotels "Usma SPA"	Das Hotel befindet sich an einem landschaftlich sehr schönen Ort: am nördlichen Ufer des Sees Usma (der fünftgrüßte See in Lettland). Lettische Küche: Kabeljau- oder Zanderfilet, Gemüse und Pilze im Topf, Kartoffelpfannkuchen mit geräuchertem Schinken, dünne Pfannkuchen mit Marmelade oder Honig. Das besondere Gericht: Lammfleischsuppe mit Gemüse.
	Jaunpils Handwerk Haus	The Jaunpils Crafts House opened on May 10, 2015, and it is home to a group of weavers from Jaunpils that was established in 1970, as well as the “Dzīpars” organisation. The group is led by a master weaver, Velga Pavlovska, who is happy to share her knowledge with the 18 women who are part of the group. She organises the work of women who do handicrafts, and she also conducts tours and creative workshops. Visitors can learn about the work of weavers and other master handicraft specialists, take part in educational master classes, go on tours and purchase various souvenirs.
	Hof "Juri", Käse der Region Latgale	In der geerbten Wirtschaft (Wohnhaus aus Holz mit dekorativen Zargen und Fensterläden) stellen die Wirte nach alten und modernen Rezepten Käse aus der Milch her, die aus den auf diesem Hof gezüchteten Kühen gemolken wird. Die Besucher können hier Milch, Sauermilch, Buttermilch und andere Milchprodukte verkosten, sowie den Herstellungsprozess beocbachten und an dem Prozess teilnehmen.

	LIEPAS	Guest house Liepas offers four rooms - two comfort (with WC, shower, TV), two with shared WC and shower. There is a spacious balcony, lobby with seating area, TV, Novus table, 24/7 Tea table. Catering in the ground floor cafe. Please arrange breakfast and dinner at the time of booking.
	Milmani	The “Mīlmaņi” guesthouse is on the banks of the Gauja River in Ranka. The venue is cosy for family celebrations and events for up to 50 participants. The main building has five bedrooms. A summer home is available for as many as 30 people, with a sauna, a black Sauna and, on the banks of the Gauja, a jacuzzi, as well as picnicking locations with grills. Swimming and boating are available.
	ZAKI	Am Teich in Jaunjelgava befinden sich eine Landsauna und ein Dampfbad, im 1. Stock ist ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Gästehaus verfügt über einen Whirlpool im Freien, einen Spielplatz für Kinder und einen Tennisplatz.
	Restaurant "Laucu akmens"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Rande einer Steilküste und bietet während des Sonnenuntergangs von seiner Sommerterrasse eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Das Restaurant arbeitet mit Fischern zusammen. Lettische Küche: Kalte Suppe, Fischsuppe, Graupengrütze, graue Erbsen mit Speck und Zwiebeln, Hering mit Kartoffeln und Quark, geschichtetes Roggenbrot-Dessert, dünne Pfannkuchen mit Marmelade, Sorbet aus Rhabarbern oder Sanddornbeeren. Das besondere Gericht: Fischgerichte aus Wemgallen, Zandern, Barschen, Flundern, Lachsen und Strömlingen.
	KUKUZES	The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga. We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond. Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax. The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids. Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed. There are also cribs for babies. You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts. We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products. An Internet link and television are both available. Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond. During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children. During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.
	LEISURE COMPLEX "BRIVKALNI"	Holiday complex and holiday houses in Vidzeme near Bērzkrogs. "BrīvKalni" is a suitable place for celebrations, accommodation or rest. During the warm season (April - October), the recreation complex has the opportunity to celebrate in the banquet hall for up to 50 people, celebrate family holidays in the gazebo with live fire, hold seminars and cohesive / sports games, spend the night in one of the 10 holiday homes, enjoy a sauna ritual on the island and walk through the large ~ 25 ha territory of the recreation complex, enjoying the landscape of Vidzeme. Tent sites are also available. There is an Owl Trail in the area, which is suitable for mothers with babies and people in wheelchairs. There are 20 owl sculptures on the trail.
	Restaurant "Valguma pasaule"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Ufer des Sees Valgums, an einem historischen Ort, wo sich am Ende der 1960er Jahre ein führender Militärstützpunkt der UdSSR befand. Heute ist es ein beliebter Ort für die Genießer der aktiven und ruhigen Erholung. Hier werden sowohl feine Speisen im gläsernen Saal, als auch auf offenem Feuer gekochte Suppen angeboten. Lettische Küche: Waldpilzsuppe, Flunderfilet in Pilzsoße mit Seleriepüree, in Semmelbrösel-Hanf-Panierung gebratener Käse mit Erdbeersoße, auf Pumpernickel serviertes Schweinefleischfilet, Zander aus den Seen Lettlands mit Püree aus grünen Erbsen, Salat aus gebackenen roten Beeten mit Ziegenkäse und Kastanien, Erdbeersuppe, hausgemachtes Eis. Das besondere Gericht: Cremige Suppe aus Nesseln und Ampfern, Schweinenackensteak mit Schokoladensoße, mit Auberginenpüree und Eis aus scharfen Pfeffern.
	Stadu audzetava "Crataegus"	Stādu audzētavas 'Crataegus' dārzs plešas 1,3 hektāru platībā un ar laiku ir kļuvis par īstu augu kolekcijas dārzu, kurā sastopami neparasti un interesanti stādījumi. Tā pamatā ir ilgtspējīgas un videi draudzīgas dārzkopības princips, radot pašpietiekamu un harmonisku vidi. Dārzā aug apmēram 2500 dažādu augu sugu, un katrs tā stūrītis ir veidots tā, lai priecētu acis, sirdi un dvēseli. Tas mainās līdz ar gadalaikiem, piedāvājot ko īpašu jebkurā sezonā – pat ziemā tas spēj pārsteigt ar savu skaistumu. Papildus dekoratīvajiem augiem šeit tiek audzētas arī krūmmellenes, un sezonā ir iespēja baudīt svaigas ogas. Laika gaitā dārzs ir attīstījies, un līdzās tam izveidota arī neliela stādu audzētava.
	Katrina Summer House	Brīvdienu māja Katrina Summer House atrodas Kurzemes dienvidrietumos, 20 km attālumā no Liepājas. Šī ir atjaunota lauku ģimenes māja ar īpašu stāstu – 1940. gadā to savā īpašumā iegādājās Katrīna Cukura, pašreizējo īpašnieku vecmāmiņa. Mājas restaurācijā saglabāts tās kultūrvēsturiskais mantojums, vienlaikus pievienojot mūsdienām atbilstošu komfortu un estētisku interjeru. Viesiem ir pieejamas 3 divvietīgas guļamistabas, un 2 papildus gultasvietas, 1 vannas istaba ar dušu, 2WC, gultas veļa, dvieļi, pilnībā aprīkota virtuve, plaša ēdamistaba. Iespēja izīrēt pludmales dvieļus, gleznošanas inventāru, dažāda veida krāsas, papīrs, molberts, un velosipēdus (par papildus maksu). Saimnieki piedāvā arī dažādas radošās un praktiskās meistarklases, piemēram, puķu stādu audzēšanu no sēklām, akvareļziedu gleznošanu, papīra gleznošanu un sveču gatavošanu.
	Familienbetrieb Kellerei ABAVA und Weinkeller	Das Unternehmen der Familie Barkāni betreibt die Herstellung von hochwertigen Getränken aus in Lettland angebauten Früchten und Beeren. In Kurland, in der Nähe von Sabile, an der südlichen Seite des Abava-Tals wird einer der größten Weingärten in Lettland gepflegt und entwickelt. In Ārlavciems, in der Nähe von Tukums befindet sich in einem Apfelgarten das Betrieb für die Getränkeherstellung und der Weinkeller. Verschiedene alkoholische Getränke zum Kaufen und zur Verkostung.
