Soft unripened cheese
The soft, unripened cheese is an open-textured cow’s milk cheese. The producer offers a wide and varied range of around 30 flavours, from sweet fruit cheeses to more savoury varieties with garlic and seeds. The brand’s caraway cheese was also awarded a bronze medal at the Novada Garša competition in 2022.
Fresh cream cheese
The fresh cream cheese is a mild and creamy cow’s milk cheese that can be made in just one hour. It is available in a spicy chilli variety or flavoured with garlic and dill. The garlic and dill combination was awarded a silver medal at the Novada Garša competition in 2021.
Cheese balls
The cheese balls are a soft cow’s milk cheese that is ready to enjoy just two hours after being made. They are available in four different varieties: garlic, dill, herb and sun-dried tomato.
