	The Marcienas muiza restaurant	1.5 km from the centre of Mārciena, the restaurant offers “old world,” Latvian and Baltic German dishes in a modern way. Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish come from the estate’s gardens and fro local farmers. Latvian cuisine: Roast pork with sauerkraut, new potatoes with chanterelles sauce, sautéed rabbit leg with pearl barley risotto.
	SKRUNDA MANOR restaurant	Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. The manor restaurant uses products grown in Latvia and produced by local farmers, offering its guests to taste original local dishes, such as carp croquettes with homemade rhubarb mayonnaise, pork belly with birch leaf syrup and celery, and a selection of ice cream made in the manor.
	By Daugava river	The “Pie Daugavas” glamping site is on land which has been passed down from generation to generation on the banks of the Daugava River and on the boundary between Jaunjelgava and Sērene. There are eight furnished glamping tents to rest in comfort on the banks of the river. The tents are 5m wide and 3m high, with carpeting to soothe your feet, a comfortable mattress that will ensure comfort for your back, as well as an easy chair into which you can sink with a book in hand. Electricity and WIFI will keep you linked to the outer world. You can reserve a Latvian-made jacuzzi with a wood-fired internal stove and installed hydro-massage and LED lighting. A spherical cupola tent with 65 m2 is also available. A new aspect at the tent in the summer of 2023 was a series of concerts on the banks of the Daugava.
	Adamova	Camping "Adamova" is located in a large and scenic area less than 3 km from the center of Krāslava, by the river Daugava. Camping "Adamova", opened in 2021, offers relaxation in one of 5 cozy cabins. Each lodge can accommodate up to six guests. They are equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable vacation close to nature. In 2022, there are 2 glamping tents opened, a hot tub and a country sauna. Both electricity and water connection are available, there are places for tents and campers. In the central part of the campsite, in the administration building, there is a bathroom with amenities, as well as an equipped kitchen. The campsite provides canoeing routes in Daugava river. Offers canoes and kayaks, as well as transportation. Bicycles are also available for rent, and the marked regional cycle route "Daugavas loki" runs along the camping area.
	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery is a place where history meets modern technology. Our Story The history of the manor dates back to 1604. In 2018, its current owner restored the manor's barn and set up a brewery, winery, and cidery within it. Apples In the Turkalne Manor orchard, covering 1 hectare, the apple varieties 'Sīpoliņš', 'Auksis', 'Antonovka', 'Remo', 'Spartan' are grown. Ciders At Turkalne Manor, they make apple cider, apple-rhubarb cider, and mulled cider. For Visitors Guests are offered tastings in the historic barn building. The second floor of the barn features a large space for events such as weddings, family celebrations, seminars, and training sessions. Catering can be arranged in advance. Accommodation and event hosting venues are available 1 km away at the Turbas leisure complex. A tour of the Turkalne Manor grounds with a story about the manor’s history and restoration is also offered. 	KALNMUIZAS restaurant	Located in Kalnmuižas Castle. The pride of the restaurant's menu are the greens, fruits and vegetables from the ancient valley of the River Abava, wild game and mushrooms from Kurzeme forests, meat, crayfish, trout, goat’s cheese and home-made bread from the district’s farms. The menu depends on the season. Offer includes seasonal specialities.
	Mini zoo Priedites	The “Priedītes” Mini Zoo farm is in the Limbaži Administrative District and offers visitors a chance to get close to farm animals. Learn all about each kind of animal and its habits. Visit our rabbit garden where you will see some 40 hopping around, though there are some 100 in all. There are dwarf goats, sheep, a cow, some chickens and special tinker horses from Ireland. Horseback riding is available.
	Fisherman's farm DIENINAS	The owners are third-generation fishers, and they will be happy to sell you some smoked local fish. Tour groups can take part in active leisure related to cultural aspects of smoking tasty fish (tossing a boot into the sea, stories from fishermen’s wives, a theatrical performance, and the smoking and tasting of fish). Latvian cuisine: Smoked and dried plaice, hot-smoked eelpout and other fish prepared on the basis of ancient local recipes.
	The Klajumi horse farm	The farm features twelve friendly horses from Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus, as well as three eager dogs of various species, along with rabbits, chickens, cows and cats. Here you will feel the true country spirit in four adjoining farms – Klajumi, Ganiņi, Ķemeri and Krasti. The location is near the “Rings of the Daugava” Nature Park, and you can go horseback riding along the border between Latvia and Belarus. Latvian cuisine: Schnitzel of mushrooms, potato dumplings with dried mushrooms or meat, cream sauce and onions, baked chanterelles with new potatoes, sautéed vegetables and mushrooms, strawberries with ice cream, moonshine liquor. 	Cafe Liepas	The cafe- guest house Liepas is situated in Akniste. Guests are offered to try a tasty meal prepared from the owners’ and nearby farmsteads’ biologically grown vegetables, lamb and dairy products. Guests are offered to see, and feed the animals living in the biological farmstead of Liepas as well as get advices on sheep breeding, dairy production and agriculture.
	Tauri	A biological farm in the lovely nature park of the Ogre River valley. You can tour the farm to see how biological cattle from the Charolais breed are bred. Walk down our nature trails to watch cows grazing in the fields. Visit the little Akmeņupīte stream and the large oak trees that are in the area. You can see the rapids of the Ogre River and, in the spring, broad fields of ramsons. The venue offers tastings of its products, and you can also purchase meat to take along with you.
	"Arpus laika"	The name of the house is ‘Ārpus Laika’ and it means ‘Beyond Time’. The family has created a landscape park and they practice green living in a dome house designed by themselves. The family also manufactures garden furniture and hammocks. The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful park and a pond full of frogs and fishes. The surrounding landscape of the park with a pergola, a bridge, a forest and fields creates a very tranquil countryside atmosphere that can be experienced just a short drive away from the capital city. The hostess makes wines and offers tasting of different sorts. She also demonstrates cooking of traditional Latvian desserts. The place is also popular for weddings and post-wedding photo sessions.
	Kalniem pari	Viesu nams "Kalniem pāri" atrodas Saldus novadā 5 hektāru plašā teritorijā. Tajā pieejami divi trīs istabu apartamenti, kuri aprīkoti ar virtuvi un labierīcībām (16 personām), kā arī četras divvietīgas istabas (8 personām). Kopā iespējams izguldīt 24 personas. Tāpat ir pieejama arī svinību zāle līdz 24 personām un labiekārtota virtuve. Teritorijā atrodas lapene ar lauka kamīnu, grils un ugunskura vieta, kubls un mūsdienīga pirts ar saunu meža dīķa malā. 	Talava Cidery	Tālava Cidery creates 100% natural apple ciders, expanding traditional drink categories and challenging flavour stereotypes. Our Story The cidery's name is a reference to the 12th-13th century Latgallian land of Tālava, which encompassed the present-day areas of Northern Latgale and Northern Vidzeme, where the cidery is located. In 2013, the owner decided to establish this cidery to produce authentic and high-quality beverages from apples grown in local orchards. Today, Tālava is a dynamic family business that blends tradition with innovation. Apples Ciders are made from apples, with flavours enhanced by quinces, rhubarb, cherries, hops, and other additional ingredients. Tālava also produces non-alcoholic cider. Ciders Almost all of Tālava’s drinks are suitable for vegans and gluten-free diets. The ciders are bottled and canned; the cans are made from recycled aluminium, and the labels are created from an innovative blend of organic materials and recycled plastics. 	Dzirnupes	This is an organic farm, and visitors are invited to join in the fieldwork - gather hay, make sauerkraut, pull weeds, milk a goat, watch the geese, catch some fish and then smoke them in accordance with the farmer’s own recipe. Visitors can also help to bake bread. There’s a sauna where you can inhale the aroma of healthy grasses and drink some medicinal teas.
	THE DROSI VESELS FARM	This farm is in the Vilce Parish in the Jelgava Administrative District. It grows greenhouse vegetables and plants, produces various medicinal plant ointments and offers lectures about nutrition and a health lifestyle. A country sauna is also available.
	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. 	Rural Homestead of Janis Sicans	By the beekeeping farm “Kalniņi” there is a Bee Hut – small wooden house in which you can feel the presence of bees. The hives with seven bee families are built-in the sides of the Bee Hut, but inside the building they are designed as beds or seats. When looking at the building from the outside you can see the bee runs and also bees themselves. In addition, “Kalniņi” also offer different types of bee products – honey, pollen bread, beautiful and aromatic wax candles. It is possible to taste beekeeping products and enjoy a cap of warm tea. Families with kids can participate in educational workshops, learn how to make wax candles and gain information about the daily life in the beekeeping farm. Since summer 2018 everyone can also visit the House of Crafts, where you can participate in different activities such as Encaustic painting (also known as hot wax painting), create wooden souvenirs with burnt folk signs as well as create wax candles etc. The House of Crafts offers different itineraries for grownups, kids, youngsters and newlyweds. There you can also purchase the offered products - various flower honey, pollen, pollen bread, propolis, cell honey and wax candles.
	Bauli	The guest house is located near Ventspils, surrounded by meadows and forests, and offers to enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside. The guest house offers accommodation in 7 comfortable and cozy en suite rooms, relaxation in the sauna and a refreshing swim in the pool. There are also 3 camping houses on the territory of the guest house, where you can spend the night in the summer season. Next to the cottages there are comfortable, common toilet and shower rooms. For more active entertainment, there is a volleyball court next to the guest house, which meets all standards, as well as a children's playground, campfire sites and gazebos. The guest house offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Next to the guest house there are two swimming areas - a pond and a small river.
