Anna Tree School is a house for trees and people. Here natural values ​​merge with man-made ones. Although the school building was built very recently, its architecture harmonizes with the ancient surrounding landscape - Babīte Anna Church and old oaks. On a daily basis, the school building is managed by the Labo Koku team and the Anna Tree School Association. The interior of the building uses wood saved from burning, such as old doors, stairs and boards, which take a second breath here. On the first floor of the house there is a lobby, a kitchen with an oak counter, as well as a fireplace hall OZOLS with a small but comfortable stage. On the second floor there is a class ĀBELE and hall LIEPA. On the third floor there is an apartment and two cozy rooms. It is possible to rent rooms for events on weekdays. Weekends will be suitable for private celebrations or undisturbed family relaxation in the DIRECTOR's apartments, when you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature.

University of Latvia Recreation and Conference Complex “Ratnieki” is in the central part of Vidzeme, just about an hour’s drive from Riga. Our spacious countryside area and diverse facilities are perfect for both large-scale events and peaceful retreats in nature.

The complex consists of six historic buildings offering facilities for seminars, conferences and accommodation, as well as suitable infrastructure for hosting outdoor events for up to 1,000–5,000 people. We offer 154 beds, making it possible to host both small groups of friends and large-scale events. The outdoor area is ideal for sports games, activities and summer celebrations, while the indoor spaces provide rooms of various formats for seminars, conferences and workshops. Additionally, relaxation in a sauna house with a hot tub is also offered.

The complex offers facilities for organizing various events:
- Corporate and private events;
- Seminars, conferences, workshops and training sessions;
- Sports events and camps;
- Cultural events, concerts and festivals;
- Celebrations and weddings;
- Accommodation and leisure with friends or family.

The complex is a site of cultural and historical significance, connected to one of the most outstanding representatives of Latvia’s first period of independence industrial heritage – Roberts Hiršs (1895–1972), owner and director of the textile company “Rīgas Audums” and a patron of the University of Latvia. He bequeathed “Ratnieki” to the University of Latvia in 1972.

Apartment with 9 bed places near active holiday centre "Reiņa trase". Sauna, SAT TV, Internet. Downhil and cross-country skiing, skating, instructor services, snowtubing. In summer - bicycles, "all terrain" skates, mountainboards, mini golf, street-ball, beach volley-ball. A cafe, separate sauna with a pool. In May 2007, also apartments for 2, 3 and 4 persons available.
