The project supports Nordic and Baltic artisan cheese and fine food producers in expanding to the UK premium food market. Through training, expert support, experience exchange and joint promotion, participating SMEs will strengthen their export readiness and build new business relationships with buyers in the UK HORECA sector and specialised fine food retail. The project promotes authentic artisan products under the Northern Baltic Cheese and Fine Foods brand.
Project budget
The total project budget is EUR 1,622,825.48, of which EUR 1,298,260.38 is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Interreg Central Baltic Programme.
