The campsite is located in Slītere National Park, 3 kilometers from the sandy Baltic Sea. There are 6 buildings with a total of 50 beds - rooms for 3, 5, 6 or 12 people. There are two country kitchens, a library with books in Latvian and English, a large dining room. New service house with WC, shower and kitchen. You can also have a sauna. There are several trails and forest paths in the Slītere National Park for walks. The nearest shop is 2 km away in the village of Mazirbe. The campsite is open from June 1 to August 31. |

The “Mīlmaņi” guesthouse is on the banks of the Gauja River in Ranka. The venue is cosy for family celebrations and events for up to 50 participants. The main building has five bedrooms. The “Baldone Sauna for Friends” weekend house offers families, couples, good friends and small groups rooms for leisure amidst a mighty forest of beautiful fir and pine trees during the summer and the winter. Fans of sauna rituals can enjoy a sauna according to the Latvian style, with aromatic herbal teas, a salt or coffee scrub, and a bucket of cold water for contrast. Outside is a tub of hot water for leisure and conversations during which the tops of the pine trees, the moon and the stars can be watched. Guests have access to a large living room with a fireplace and a well-appointed kitchenette. There are four bedrooms – a yellow one with six single beds and a double bed, a lavatory and a shower; as well as violet, reddish and green rooms with double beds that share a lavatory and a shower. There is room for as many as 18 people in all. |

There are eight furnished glamping tents to rest in comfort on the banks of the river. The tents are 5m wide and 3m high, with carpeting to soothe your feet, a comfortable mattress that will ensure comfort for your back, as well as an easy chair into which you can sink with a book in hand. Electricity and WIFI will keep you linked to the outer world. You can reserve a Latvian-made jacuzzi with a wood-fired internal stove and installed hydro-massage and LED lighting.
