	Abuls Cidery	Abuls is one of the most experienced cider makers in Latvia. They craft artisanal cider near Smiltene, in Northern Vidzeme. Our Story Cider making began in 2000, with passionate experimentation using local apples each year. Later, inspiration was drawn from visiting cider regions in Normandy, Asturias, Somerset, and the Basque Country. Since 2018, cider has been made in a newly built cider cellar near an orchard, at the very source of the Abuls River. Apples The cider orchard hosts about 400 apple trees - some are special English cider apples, local wild apples, paradise apples, and local late autumn apple varieties. True apple varieties are also sought on expeditions in Latvian nature - in forest edges, ditches, and abandoned gardens. Ciders The ciders are crafted using white wine-making techniques, which help preserve the freshness and local apple aroma as much as possible. All Abuls ciders are handmade. The cider is also fermented using the wild yeasts found on apple skins, which adds a natural sweetness of apple juice. For Visitors The offer includes a tour of the cidery and orchard, a tasting of all available ciders, stories about cider culture, and the cider-making process. 	Deseles darzi	The “Dēsele Gardens” venue offers seasonal tours, as well as tastings and a chance to buy homegrown strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, plums, pears, apples, blackberries, black currants, grapes and honeysuckle. Visit the gardens, and refresh yourself with berry smoothies and fruit desserts that are packed with vitamins.
	Bungalow Niedras	Bungalow Niedras is located in Jūrmala, 1.9 km from Jūrmala Beach. It offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children’s playground, free bicycles and free private parking. The property has a sauna. There is also a fridge, microwave and kettle, barbecue. You can go skiing and hiking in the area. The cosily furnished bungalow allows you to enjoy both the first and the last rays of the sun and the starry sky, as its roof is partially covered with a durable, transparent film. The room has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The bungalow has a toilet and a shower a few steps from the cottage. There are two bungalows, one with a view of the garden with a double bed and the other with a view of the river with two single beds.
	A winery at the Tevini homestead	This winery produces wine from fruits and berries from its own garden, as well as from wild fruits and berries – raspberry, apple, gooseberry, blackberry, strawberry, red bilberry, rowanberry, blueberry, red currant, elderberry, shadberry and dandelion wine. The main product is sparkling wine from raspberries that is similar to Champagne. The wines can be tasted at the cosy winery, which has a garden terrace. During the summer, visitors can tour the garden, which is partly landscaped and partly wild. Talk to the owner in advance, and he will prepare a campfire on which you will be able to cook food that you bring with you and enjoy it with the wine. There are also fruit and berry juices for children.
	The “Lantus” farm	A Latvian farm merging the historical and the modern. Local dishes are prepared, and weddings in the spirit of old traditions are organised. The farm works with local farmers and manufacturers. Latvian cuisine: Cream of vegetable soup with greens and croutons, oven-roasted pike with cheese and seasonal vegetables, cottage cheese crème with berry sauce.
	The Vaidelotes farm	This is a farm which popularises Latvian lives, organises traditional rituals, and provides guests with tasty country foods such as porridge, dumplings, pierogi and pastries made of grain and roughly ground flour that are produced at the farm itself. You can purchase teas, herbs and country goodies. Latvian cuisine: Soups, porridges, desserts, pierogi, sheet cakes and country tortes. Special foods: Dumplings made of roughly ground whole wheat flour with cottage cheese and bacon.
	Ligatne Winery	Līgatne Winery is a family business that produces special ciders in the Gauja National Park. Our Story Līgatne Winery is a family business established in 2010 with the aim of producing high-quality, delicious homemade wine from berries and fruits grown in Latvia. For several years now, the company has also been producing cider. Apples The family’s orchard is located in Gauja National Park, where they use autumn and winter apple varieties to create sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. The newer cider apple trees, known for their red flesh, yield a juice that gives the cider a pink hue. Ciders They produce sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. For Visitors Tastings are held by candlelight in the sandstone cave "Lustūzis" in Līgatne, accompanied by stories about the historical Līgatne paper mill village, caves, cliffs, and the traditions of winemaking and cider production. As a snack to pair with the drinks, cheese made from fresh milk from a local farm is offered. 	OLGAS MUIZA	The leisure house “Olgas Muiža” is found in a lovely place in the Valmiera Administrative District. Guests are offered a house with all that’s necessary to enjoy countryside leisure peacefully and unhurriedly whether it is winter or summer. Guests can enjoy the rituals of a sauna, stroll through orchards, and use a gazebo for a picnic with a view of the pond. People who enjoy active leisure can go fishing in the ponds of the estate or go horseback riding. The guesthouse is good for private relaxation, as well as for corporate events and seminars.
	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Lauskis cider is crafted from organically grown apples in a nearly century-old apple orchard. Our Story The Lauskis winery and cidery was established in 2019. The ciders and fruit wines are produced in the 300-year-old vaulted cellars of Krape Manor, located in the parish of Lēdmane. The owner, Vents Grīnbaums, named the winery in honour of his great-grandfather Vilis Lausks, a well-known Latvian fruit grower and teacher at the Bulduri Horticultural School. Apples The apple harvest is still gathered from apple trees planted almost 100 years ago. Ciders The cidery produces semi-dry and semi-sweet apple cider, as well as apple-and-chokeberry cider. Lauskis ciders have won awards at the Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) and the international cider competition SISGA in Asturias, Spain. For visitors Visitors are welcome to learn all about cider-making at the manor, sampling ciders and local snacks. 	PILSKROGS	Ēdole Castle is a unique historical building, as it is the only castle of the Bishopric of Courland that is still inhabited. The “Pilskrogs” café of Ēdole Castle offers a variety of original dishes, giving preference to ingredients purchased from local farmers and producers, as well as mushroom and berry pickers during the season.
	Aldara alus darbnica	"Aldara alus darbnīca" ir modernākais alus muzejs Baltijas valstīs un pirmais Latvijā. Alus muzejs atrodas vēsturiskajā Aldara kvartālā – Sarkandaugavā. Pēc vērienīgas rekonstrukcijas, vēsturiskās ēkas atjaunošanas un alus ekspozīcijas izveides, muzejs savas durvis vēra 2015. gada maijā. Muzejs izvietots trijos stāvos 800 kvadrātmetru platībā. Muzeja interjerā ir akcentētas vēsturiskās liecības, tā lepnums ir autentiskā alus vārītavas zāle, kas neskarta saglabāta kopš 1938. gada. Tās senie alus vārīšanas vara katli ir retums, kas saglabājušies līdz pat mūsdienām. Izmantojot jaunākās tehnoloģijas, senajos vārīšanas katlos interaktīvā veidā ir iespējams izpētīt četru galveno alus sastāvdaļu – ūdens, apiņu, iesala un rauga – burvību. Alus muzejs "Aldara alus darbnīca" labi papildina ēkas otrajā spārnā izvietoto alus darītavu, kas ikdienā brūvē pašas izsmalcinātākās Aldara alus šķirnes. Aldara alus darbnīcas viesiem ir iespēja izzināt Latvijā un citviet pasaulē brūvēto alus šķirņu dažādību un šarmu, iepazīties ar alus brūvēšanas noslēpumiem, kā arī pašiem nogaršot dažādus alus veidus. Tiek arī piedāvātas telpas dažādiem pasākumiem - konferencēm, semināriem, svinībām un saviesīgiem vakariem.
	Cafe Liepas	The cafe- guest house Liepas is situated in Akniste. Guests are offered to try a tasty meal prepared from the owners’ and nearby farmsteads’ biologically grown vegetables, lamb and dairy products. Guests are offered to see, and feed the animals living in the biological farmstead of Liepas as well as get advices on sheep breeding, dairy production and agriculture.
	Plaudis.lv	Camping "Plaudis.lv" is located in Vidzeme, in a beautiful place by Plaužu lake. Offers tent sites, boats, SUP boards, catamaran rentals, places for recreation and events. There is a child-friendly swimming area, playground, volleyball court. It is also possible to rent a sauna and a outdoor hot tub. In the shop - cafe you can buy ice cream, coffee and drinks.
	The Berzini (Labirinti) farm	The farm grows grains and raps, and organises informational seminars and tours for children and adults. There is a collection of antique tools and dairy processing equipment which can be put to use. An attraction park is available to one and all.
	By Daugava river	The “Pie Daugavas” glamping site is on land which has been passed down from generation to generation on the banks of the Daugava River and on the boundary between Jaunjelgava and Sērene. There are eight furnished glamping tents to rest in comfort on the banks of the river. The tents are 5m wide and 3m high, with carpeting to soothe your feet, a comfortable mattress that will ensure comfort for your back, as well as an easy chair into which you can sink with a book in hand. Electricity and WIFI will keep you linked to the outer world. You can reserve a Latvian-made jacuzzi with a wood-fired internal stove and installed hydro-massage and LED lighting. A spherical cupola tent with 65 m2 is also available. A new aspect at the tent in the summer of 2023 was a series of concerts on the banks of the Daugava.
	Strautmali	The campsite is located in Slītere National Park, 3 kilometers from the sandy Baltic Sea. There are 6 buildings with a total of 50 beds - rooms for 3, 5, 6 or 12 people. There are two country kitchens, a library with books in Latvian and English, a large dining room. New service house with WC, shower and kitchen. You can also have a sauna. There are several trails and forest paths in the Slītere National Park for walks. The nearest shop is 2 km away in the village of Mazirbe. The campsite is open from June 1 to August 31.
	The Marcienas muiza restaurant	1.5 km from the centre of Mārciena, the restaurant offers “old world,” Latvian and Baltic German dishes in a modern way. Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish come from the estate’s gardens and fro local farmers. Latvian cuisine: Roast pork with sauerkraut, new potatoes with chanterelles sauce, sautéed rabbit leg with pearl barley risotto.
	Romju Pojenes	A garden of feelings, where peonies smell, birds sing and the heart rejoices! About 730 peonies of different varieties grow in the garden of "Romju pojenes", which will delight every visitor with their variety of scents, colors and shapes. It is located in Tukuma county, Irlava parish, ~1 km from the Viesata river loop nature trail. The garden is available during peonies blooming (June).
	"Arpus laika"	The name of the house is ‘Ārpus Laika’ and it means ‘Beyond Time’. The family has created a landscape park and they practice green living in a dome house designed by themselves. The family also manufactures garden furniture and hammocks. The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful park and a pond full of frogs and fishes. The surrounding landscape of the park with a pergola, a bridge, a forest and fields creates a very tranquil countryside atmosphere that can be experienced just a short drive away from the capital city. The hostess makes wines and offers tasting of different sorts. She also demonstrates cooking of traditional Latvian desserts. The place is also popular for weddings and post-wedding photo sessions.
	More museum	The Museum is situated in the place, where during the times of World War II the battles between the soldiers of Latvian and Soviet armies took place.The main subject of the museum is the history of Latvians during World War II and the battle of More. On the second floor of the museum the guide will tell you about the history of crafts and will show you the exhibition of household objects. Every year there are new exhibitions of the local craftsmen’s products . The visitors can buy souvenirs, jewellery and other crafts and goods.
