Saimniecībā ir radīts glāžšķūnis, jeb stikla siltumnīca - īpaši skaista vieta lauku šarma un miera baudīšanai. Ierīkota ugunskura un piknika vieta. Piemērota vieta dažādu svinību un ballīšu organizēšanai.
Aktīvākajiem ir iespēja izskriet orientēšanās spēli ''Apkārt lauku sētai'', bērniem ir radīts spēļu laukumiņš, ar bērnu mājiņu,šūpolēm un sajūtu taku.
Smilgāju mājas saimnieks ikdiena savu radošumu pauž mēbeļu ražošanā un ir iespēja ielūkoties to tapšanas procesā. 
Mājas saimniece jau vairākus gadus viesus uzņem ''Mājas kafejnīcu dienās'', piedāvājot gardus ēdienus, pašceptu maizīti, kūkas un karstos dzērienus.

Stādu audzētavas 'Crataegus' dārzs plešas 1,3 hektāru platībā un ar laiku ir kļuvis par īstu augu kolekcijas dārzu, kurā sastopami neparasti un interesanti stādījumi. Tā pamatā ir ilgtspējīgas un videi draudzīgas dārzkopības princips, radot pašpietiekamu un harmonisku vidi.

Dārzā aug apmēram 2500 dažādu augu sugu, un katrs tā stūrītis ir veidots tā, lai priecētu acis, sirdi un dvēseli. Tas mainās līdz ar gadalaikiem, piedāvājot ko īpašu jebkurā sezonā – pat ziemā tas spēj pārsteigt ar savu skaistumu.

Papildus dekoratīvajiem augiem šeit tiek audzētas arī krūmmellenes, un sezonā ir iespēja baudīt svaigas ogas. Laika gaitā dārzs ir attīstījies, un līdzās tam izveidota arī neliela stādu audzētava.

Mr Plūme Cidery crafts cider from select apple varieties grown in their own orchard and foraged from the wild, as well as perry made from carefully chosen pears.

Our Story 
Māris and Dace Plūme have been crafting cider since 2010, drawing on experience gained in top cider houses in France and Austria and experimenting with various cider and winemaking methods.

Apples 
Their 1.5-hectare orchard is home to rare and aromatic dessert apple varieties, the latest apple hybrids, and select pear varieties from Austria, England, and local sources, all cultivated for perry production. Each autumn, the owners embark on “apple safaris,” searching for interesting wild apple trees from which they gather fruit, adding the best to their collection. The orchard also includes unique apple and pear varieties discovered by the owners, such as ‘Pāvilosta Cider Apple,’ ‘Kaibala Bitter,’ ‘Aizpute Pear,’ and others.

Ciders 
They produce both naturally sparkling and still apple ciders, using wild fermentation (without adding yeast) or different types of yeasts. They also make premium ciders from one to four select apple or pear varieties from their orchard, which showcase the distinct ‘terroir’ of the farm. Mr Plūme ciders have won awards at cider competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, Madeira, as well as in Baltic and Nordic competitions.

For Visitors 
Visitors can enjoy tours of the orchard and cidery, including tastings and stories about the cider-making process. With prior arrangement, an instrumental guitar performance by musician and owner Māris Plūme is also available.

Their products can be purchased in shops, on-site at the cidery, or from the online shop at mrplume.lv.

This market sells produces from local farmers and home manufacturers who offer traditional and seasonal food which they grow and prepare themselves. You can purchase vegetables, fruit, fresh and smoked meat, cheese, bread, country tortes, homemade wine and various household and gardening objects.

Beginning in late August, you can pick and taste your own sea buckthorn berries and purchase healthy juices made from them. Between late April and early June, you can tour a collection of tulips (more than 200 different types) and purchase their bulbs.

A well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with everything you need to feel comfortable and cozy even in the middle of the forest. The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove, a sink and the necessary dishes. In the bedroom, depending on the configuration of the cottage, there is a double or bunk bed, while in the kitchen/living room area there is a pull-out double sofa;

There are grills near the cabins, but you have to bring your own accessories and coal.

It is possible to rent a mobile sauna and hot tub in the area. A camper parking area is also available.

The potter produces candelabras, dishes and whistles that you can buy at the workshop. She also accepts commissions for new products. You can work with your own clay and take the resulting product home with you as a souvenir.

The restaurant is on the seaside and in the Ķemeri National Park. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Jūrmala and features a teahouse and outdoor terrace during the summer.  In only 44 km distance from Riga you can enjoy sea air, pine soughing and great meal. In the restaurent chefs use quality local products. The menu changes every season.

A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea.  The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties.  Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now.  Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
