	TALAVA Cider	TĀLAVA Cider creates 100% natural apple ciders and expands the boundaries of traditional beverage categories and flavor perceptions. History It all started back in 2013, when our founder - a true Gulbene local (from the historic land once called Tālava) - decided it was time to turn a dream into something real. Apples and fruits The ciders are made using carefully selected apples from local farms and natural fruit juices. The cider house takes pride in cold-pressing the juice without the use of concentrates, artificial flavors, or added water. TĀLAVA ciders are complemented with natural quince, cherry, rhubarb juices, and hops. Ciders TĀLAVA produces sparkling ciders packaged in cans made from recycled aluminum, with labels made from an innovative blend of organic materials and recycled plastic. Alongside alcoholic ciders, a non-alcoholic cider is also produced. TĀLAVA ciders have been awarded in international competitions, including the International Cider Challenge, Japan Cider Cup 2023, Cider World Award, and SISGA Asturias. 	Brewery VALMIERMUIZAS ALUS	Tourists can learn about the history of the estate and the brewing of beer, beginning with raw materials and ending with finished products. The visit is enriched by tastings of live beer and stories about Latvia’s traditional holiday beverage. Alongside the brewery is a store which sells live beer, homemade goodies and selected souvenirs. The “Valmiermuižas alus virtuve” saloon popularises Latvian beers and uses beer in various dishes. A modern approach to homemade products is used to prepare foods and beer-based snacks. There is a beer garden during the summer, and the saloon merges traditional things with modern ones. Latvian cuisine: Smoked pork, filet of pike from Lake Burtnieks, green pea mash, with loganberries, quince, pumpkin birch juice and mushroom sauce as accompaniments. Special foods: Slice of pork marinated in unfiltered winter beer.
	The Indani farm	Adults and children will be able to learn about farm animals, view a collection of ancient tools, enjoy a country sauna with birch and juniper switches, drink herbal tea with honey, and taste carrot buns. During the summer, accommodations are offered in the granary or on the second level of the sauna.
	OLGAS MUIZA	The leisure house “Olgas Muiža” is found in a lovely place in the Valmiera Administrative District. Guests are offered a house with all that’s necessary to enjoy countryside leisure peacefully and unhurriedly whether it is winter or summer. Guests can enjoy the rituals of a sauna, stroll through orchards, and use a gazebo for a picnic with a view of the pond. People who enjoy active leisure can go fishing in the ponds of the estate or go horseback riding. The guesthouse is good for private relaxation, as well as for corporate events and seminars.
	Apinu kalte	We offer ancient dishes of Madona region (group catering), culinary master classes (ancient dishes, etc.), use home-grown berries (strawberries, raspberries), etc. agricultural products because they own a farm. 	DabaLaba	DabaLaba is in one of the places in Latvia that has the very lowest population density per square kilometre. There are huge forests around our venue with lots of animals, clean rivers and lovely forest lakes. DabaLaba launched operations in 2010 by renting boats. The next season we set up an archery range and started to offer guided tours of the surrounding environment – hikes, safari trips down the forest roads of the “Ance Swamps and Forests” restricted area, interesting, merry and lovely moments outdoors, hunting with your camera, as well as special trips for schoolchildren. Boats and SUP boards can be rented in Irbe, Rinda, Stende, Engure and Lonaste (or elsewhere on the basis of a separate agreement). Since August 2018, DabaLaba has offered the restaurant #Mežā during the summer months. It is in the centre of the forest and offers pure, tasty and healthy dishes made of local ingredients and no preservatives or additives. The menu has dishes for vegetarians and vegans, as well as dishes with no gluten and no lactose. We also have a country sauna where two people can spend the night after taking their sauna.
	Viesu nams Saulgriezes	The Saulgriezes guesthouse is near Bernāte with 10 flats of different types and sizes. There is a pine forest near the guesthouse, and the beach is 500 m away. Guests have access to a playground for children, as well as a place for campfires. The flats are appropriate for families with children, business trips, or leisure alone, as a couple or with a group of friends. All of the flats have sleeping areas with bed linens, a leisure zone, a dining area and a kitchen where light meals can be prepared. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, an electric tea kettle, an oven surface, dishes and utensils. Guests also have access to a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, slippers, towels, lavatory items and hygienic items. There are televisions in the flats, along with free WIFI and a private parking spot for cars. The territory also has a sauna with a leisure area, as well as a banquet room for approximately 60 guests.
	Piksas	The birthplace of Latvia’s first prime minister and, later, president, Kārlis Ulmanis (1877-1942) was turned into a museum in 1993. The homestead has undergone unbelievable transformation during the past two decades. The landscape has been cleaned up, and buildings that were lost or were in poor shape have been rebuilt. There are a house, an ancillary building, a cattle shed and barn and a granary. The exhibition focuses on the life of Ulmanis, featuring an impressive collection of agricultural equipment and instruments, including Latvia’s largest wooden butter churn.
	Murbudu Sidrs Cidery	As the owners say, Mūrbūdu Cider is an Abnormal Cider - here are no traditions, and creativity knows no bounds. Our Story The cidery is located in an ancient stone building in Valka region, next to the ruins of an old Livonian Order castle. Apples Mūrbūdu Cider always strives to do something new and unprecedented, using fruit and berries that are locally sourced from the surrounding area as much as possible. Ciders Experiments with flavours (honey, berries, ginger, and spices) and cider-making methods (aging in oak bourbon barrels, malolactic acid fermentation, fermentation with beer yeast) result in a diverse range of ciders, allowing for the discovery of new and exciting flavours and cider styles. Not all experiments are successful, but the best ones always reach the customers. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with tastings and themed masterclasses led by the owner, as well as the option to create custom programmes. On the farm there is also situated the Star Space observatory where during the ~ two-hour-long visit you will hear simply presented stories about stars, planets and other topics.After the lecture, outside, in fresh air you will be able to put the acquired knowledge to use, by trying to spot some constellations – how to find them, how they look like, etc. After you learn about constellations, you can observe them in the observatory’s powerful telescope which is open to public use.

	Lauku maja "Punas"	The countryside house offers a comfortable and cozy environment for relaxation close to nature. The house features a spacious bedroom with a large king-size bed and a pull-out chair, providing a comfortable stay for guests. There is both a shower and a bathtub available, as well as a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The bedroom has a fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The outdoor area includes several terraces where guests can grill or set up a table for a meal in the fresh air. Approximately 100 meters away is a two-story sauna house. The ground floor includes a sauna, a small kitchenette with a sink, and a washing area with a shower and toilet. The second floor offers sleeping accommodations for six people and a TV for relaxation. Near the sauna house, there is a pond where guests can swim.
	Kurzemnieku Pirts	“Kurzemnieku pirts” (Courlandian Sauna) is found in the Priekule parish and offers individual sauna rituals led by a certified sauna master. This can be for one person, a couple, or a small group of people who enjoy a sauna. The Latvian ritual will created positive emotions for experienced sauna users and for those who are only just preparing to learn about the sauna. The sauna ritual is very calm, purifying the flesh and the mind, helping people to rid themselves of what is not necessary and to prepare for their next steps in life. The ritual will be personalised in accordance with each sauna visitor’s wishes.
	EZERNIEKI	Guest house "Ezernieki" is a House of Senses, because it is located in a quiet place and surrounded by nature, with a large area, including the adjacent forest. A place that loves people. Guest house "Ezernieki" is suitable for you if you want to organize: Bigger or smaller parties; Camps; Wedding; Corporate events; Seminars / conferences; Sports Games; Concerts (natural acoustics are fantastic).
	Baking carrot buns "Usi"	The farm is located in the north-west of Latvia, which was historically inhabited by Livonians and, nowadays, is often called the Livonian coast. Farm is one of the first homes in Kolka, 1.2 km from Kolkasrags, the furthest northern point of Courland separating the Baltic Sea from the Gulf of Riga. The owner of the farm demonstrates the way in which the traditional Northern Kurzeme dessert that is a carrot bun and is known as a "sklandrausis" is prepared. Sklandrausis is registered in the EU food quality scheme as a product with traditional speciality guaranteed. Hikers can take a tour to see the industrial history of Kolka, complete with theatrical elements and tasting of Latvia’s best sprats. 	Herbal teas and honey TURAIDAS	This farm produces herbal teas and satchels of tea from lemon balm, raspberries, tansy, lady's mantles, plantago and linden blossoms as souvenirs and gifts, as well as honey from local hives. The lady of the house will be happy to tell you about life in the countryside and take you on an educational tour featuring medicinal plants, beekeeping and fence buildings. She will also offer tastings of products from the farm. It has a biological farming certificate, so much attention is focused on the popularisation of a healthy lifestyle.
