	The Jaunpils Castle	The Jaunpils Castle crusaders built in 1301, and its ancient appearance has remained in place to the present day. The ancient walls offer leisure in Medieval apartments and modern rooms, along with event halls and tours led by characters from the castle’s history. A Medieval saloon welcomes guests every day. 	The “Karlamuiza” guesthouse	Located in Kārļi, the guesthouse is in a building that used to serve as the servant’s home for the former noble estate. It mostly uses local ingredients and only prepares meals on the basis of individual orders that are filed in advance. Latvian cuisine: Roast meats, apple bread, homemade ice cream, bread soup, cranberry fool, wild mushroom sauce, homemade wine. Special foods: Trout from the Kārļi stream.
	Bauli	The guest house is located near Ventspils, surrounded by meadows and forests, and offers to enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside. The guest house offers accommodation in 7 comfortable and cozy en suite rooms, relaxation in the sauna and a refreshing swim in the pool. There are also 3 camping houses on the territory of the guest house, where you can spend the night in the summer season. Next to the cottages there are comfortable, common toilet and shower rooms. For more active entertainment, there is a volleyball court next to the guest house, which meets all standards, as well as a children's playground, campfire sites and gazebos. 	Talava Cidery	Tālava Cidery creates 100% natural apple ciders, expanding traditional drink categories and challenging flavour stereotypes. Our Story The cidery's name is a reference to the 12th-13th century Latgallian land of Tālava, which encompassed the present-day areas of Northern Latgale and Northern Vidzeme, where the cidery is located. In 2013, the owner decided to establish this cidery to produce authentic and high-quality beverages from apples grown in local orchards. Today, Tālava is a dynamic family business that blends tradition with innovation. Apples Ciders are made from apples, with flavours enhanced by quinces, rhubarb, cherries, hops, and other additional ingredients. Tālava also produces non-alcoholic cider. Ciders Almost all of Tālava’s drinks are suitable for vegans and gluten-free diets. The ciders are bottled and canned; the cans are made from recycled aluminium, and the labels are created from an innovative blend of organic materials and recycled plastics. For Visitors Tālava invites both individual visitors and groups to tour the cider production facility, where they can learn about the art of cider-making and enjoy Tālava's ciders paired with snacks that highlight the cider’s flavour. 	The Birini Castle	The Bīriņi palace was built in 1857-1860 as a family property of Counts von Pistolkors. The palace was designed by Riga architect F. W. Hess. Information can be found that in those times it was the most luxurious and modern historicism building in Vidzeme. The ensemble of the Bīriņi palace includes a wide park and forest of the19th century with plantings of alien species, an artificial lake Bīriņi, a family vault built in 1814 with a tomb monument to Counts von Mellin (aproximately in 1835), a watermill, manager's house, stables, etc. Obelisks to A. And N von Pistolkors are erected near the palace. Until today, there have been preserved valuable indoor decorative finishes of the second half of the 19th century. The Birini palace was rebuilt in the start of the 20th century after the project of Architect R. H. Zirkwitz. From 1926 to 1995, a sanatorium functioned there. Today, the palace complex is used for various events, there is located a hotel, restaurant and museum.
	Kesterciema Peonijas	A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea. The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties. Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now. Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
	The “Neptuns” restaurant	The restaurant is on the seaside and in the Ķemeri National Park. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Jūrmala and features a teahouse and outdoor terrace during the summer. In only 44 km distance from Riga you can enjoy sea air, pine soughing and great meal. In the restaurent chefs use quality local products. The menu changes every season.
	The Vaidelotes farm	This is a farm which popularises Latvian lives, organises traditional rituals, and provides guests with tasty country foods such as porridge, dumplings, pierogi and pastries made of grain and roughly ground flour that are produced at the farm itself. You can purchase teas, herbs and country goodies. Latvian cuisine: Soups, porridges, desserts, pierogi, sheet cakes and country tortes. Special foods: Dumplings made of roughly ground whole wheat flour with cottage cheese and bacon.
	Strautmali - Camping	This is a place for leisure in Mazirbe along the Livonian shore. It is part of the Slītere National Park, and the venue welcomes solo travellers, families and groups of friends. There are six buildings which can accommodate up to 50 people – rooms for one, two or three visitors, as well as one room for 12 visitors. A new service building has a lavatory, shower and kitchen. Sauna services are available. Strautmaļi also has a banquet hall with a fireplace, an amazing collection of teaspoons, a library of books for all tastes, as well as beautiful paintings. The centre of Mazirbe is 3 km away, the sea is 2 km away. Silence, a pine forest, mushrooms, cranes. The venue is open from May 20 until September 3. The price is EUR 40 per night for two people.
	Pub MEKE	Opened on June 21, 2011, at the 51st kilometre of the Tallinn-Riga highway, the MEKE KROGS pub is a typical example of the roadside pubs which used to be built along the sides of roads and near homesteads, castles, mills and windmills. This particular one is located into renovated cattle shed that is more than 100 years old – a lovely log building that is named after the former baron of the local estate, von Mecke. Alongside it is the handsome parish building which was erected in 1907 with red bricks from Tūja. Latvian cuisine: Sorrel stew with grits, cold soup, pounded beef, mutton and vegetable stew, grits with smoked meat and mushrooms, herring with cottage cheese, bread soup. Special foods: Porridge with bacon bits and Meke spicy sausages.
