“Kārkļu osta” is a family campsite on the banks of the Daugava River 4.5 km from the Koknese castle ruins.  There are 10 ha of land for private events, sports events, consolidation events, camping and master classes.  There is unhurried relaxation for family members or friends.

A large (6x12m) tent is available for events on the banks of the river.  It can accommodate between 40 and 60 people.  There are also two leisure huts with four beds in each of them.  There is space for picnics, tents and trailers, with a lean-to with a table, a grill and a place for a campfire available, as well.  There is electricity, fresh water, lavatories and a shower.

Should you wish to go fishing or rowing, we have three Amber 365 bots that you can rent with a Honda 2.5hp gas engine.  SUP boards are available, and the campsite has a football pitch, a volleyball area and a novus table.

Guest house "Šubrakkrasti" is located in Madona region, Bērzaune parish, 8 km from Lake Kāla, in a quiet place surrounded by nature. During the tour you will get acquainted with the history of the house (previously there was a dairy), the owner of the house Raimonds Aizstrauts - factory equipment production workshop, his motorsports (four-time USSR champion in motorsports) and works on CNC and laser engraving equipment.
