It operates under the brand name Earth Markets, created by a prestigious international association called Slow Food, offering good and clean produce that is grown in good faith, with a view to preserve land sustainability, maintain local skills and traditions. Straupe Horse Post kitchen operates during the farmers’ market, providing delicious meals in Latvian traditions made from local produce.
