It is an important part of producing cider in the traditional champagne method. The tour ends with cider tasting experience. It is possible to buy farm products to go.

The wines are made using locally sourced raw materials, many of which are grown directly on the farm. A highlight of the farm is its old apple tree, whose golden apples impart a distinctive and unique flavor to their ciders.
