Naturally sparkling and still apple ciders, fermented either naturally (without adding yeast) or with the help of various wine yeasts. Premium ciders are made, using from 1 to 4 self-grown special varieties of apple or pear that express the specific terroir of the land. A tasting of 5 types of drinks.
