Cidery tourism offer for visitors and tour operators
The “Abuls” cidery in Smiltene Municipality welcomes organised groups of visitors from May to October. Visits are possible only by prior booking. The tours are led by the cidery's owners themselves in Latvian or English. During the programme, which lasts about two hours, guests see the cider production rooms and the apple orchard, and a tasting is available at the end. The cidery has both a visitor reception area and a tasting room. Groups of 5 to 45 people can book, and suitable parking is available for tourist coaches. The products can be purchased both on site at the cidery and in the online shop.
